Kitchen: Fully equipped open kitchen with hob, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and all the utensils you need to cook delicious meals.

Master bedroom: A cosy room with double bed and TV for maximum comfort.

Bedroom 2: A convivial room with bunk beds, perfect for younger guests or friends.

Bathroom: A beautiful, modern and functional marble bathroom, equipped with shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer.

Toilet: 1 marble toilet with washbasin for added convenience.

Additional room: a small, cosy room on the floor below with sofa and TV.

Additional amenities: Air conditioning, Washing machine, iron, large-screen TV, Wi-Fi included. Bed linen (sheets and blankets) and a set of towels per person are provided to make you feel at home.

Please note: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a Parisian building without an elevator, accessible via a narrow, steep staircase. The bathroom is compact, typical of older apartments.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
