The Space:
Apartment located in one of Paris' most exclusive districts. You'll feel safe and secure in the heart of this exceptional district.
This spacious, functional apartment has been completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or on business.
IMPORTANT:
Renovation work is currently taking place in the building, which is unfortunately beyond our control.
As a result of this work, the Wi-Fi is currently unavailable throughout the entire building for an indefinite period.
We thank you for your understanding and would like to point out that no complaints or requests for compensation will be accepted regarding these inconveniences.

The apartment features a bedroom with a queen-size bed for two people and extremely comfortable new bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with a convertible sofa for 2 people and a smart TV.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find :
- a fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV and double sofa bed,
- a bedroom with Queen Size bed (160 by 200),
- a storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).
- a washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

From the Airport:
If you're arriving at Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):
Take the RER B train towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and disembark at Châtelet-Les Halles.
A short walk will lead you directly to the Montorgueil neighborhood.

If landing at Orly Airport:
Hop onto the Orlyval light rail and change to the RER B train at Antony station. Again, alight at Châtelet-Les Halles and stroll over to Montorgueil.

From the Main Train Stations:
From Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est: Take the RER B or RER D to Châtelet-Les Halles.

We are delighted to provide you with the following amenities and guidelines for a seamless and enjoyable experience:

Included Services:
Bed linen and towels are provided, offering you the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be offered on both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment.
If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional fees:
Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Please be aware of construction on the building facade for an indefinite period. We would like to inform that we are not responsible for these works and they are beyond our control. We will not accept any complaints regarding this matter.

Internet Access:
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
