"Bad: The door to the room was hard to open/close because of the thick carpet. The headboard of the bed was metal and had lots of sharp pointy pieces that hurt and can rip clothing or pillow. The sink would not drain because it was broken. The button for the jetted tub would not stay on when pressed. ..."
