The pool and pool area is well kept. Stayed the night with my granddaughter. After swimming we ate at the 99 which is attached. Breakfast had many options and the pancakes are a hit!

We were in town for several days for a family event and the property and the location totally fit our needs. It is very accessible to much in the area and very close to SUNY. The staff was really deserving of commendation. To a person - those working at the front desk and in the breakfast room, and housekeeping were incredibly welcoming, cheerful, responsive and helpful, seemingly able to anticipate needs and address them. Notable was Marlou, the staff person working in the breakfast area. We were there at very busy times and also quieter times but she was always singlehandedly and cheerfully running around to be sure everything was well stocked and fresh. We were sure to tip her and to thank her personally for her incredibly hard work and professionalism.

Stay here everytime Im in Plattsburgh on business. Grounds & interior are decent, convenient and make for an easy stay. FD Admin team is clearly bias againt third party reservations forcing me to wait until 4pm while checking in SEVERAL other reservations that arrived well after me

Plattsburg NY trip

Great location. Service excellent. Clean room and comfortable beds. Heating unit set for 68, room felt warm. Checked and it was 73. Needed to set heat to 63 to get temp to 68 to sleep at night. Would stay again.

I would definitely stay at this family friendly hotel again in the near future. The young lady at the front desk with the different shades of hair color was the sweetest ever and very friendly & informative. She really was just a great representation of how people in service should do their jobs. Can’t wait to return.

Stayed one night in a suite , was excellent, main thing for me is that it was so quiet ,and spacious, bed comfort was perfect, only thing I would suggest is a mat when you come in the room to wipe off wet feet and put your shoes on ,was cold and snowy and would track in the ice melt that was put down , overall a 10 I would definitely spend the extra monies for the suitecant wait to return

Great place to stay. Place is older but very well maintained. Staff was very pleasant and detail oriented. If you spend a little extra the suites are amazing.

The pool was super nice...and everything was clean. It was a Thursday so when I checked in...4pm ...there were few people around. Breakfast had lots of offerings. Just a nice place. My dog was welcome too. My new place to come to chill out for a night.
