Easy to book, check in and check out. The room was comfortable. I couldn’t hear a lot of noise from the hall or other rooms. Breakfast was nice. It’s not often, as a vegetarian, I get a hot breakfast in a hotel.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location is super for hopping on or off I-87. Thank you Kay at the front desk for a warm welcome, and for the guy on the floor who didn't speak to the customer (me) but immediately took action by speaking to someone in the office. The people who were alerted also promptly showed up front desk because they saw a customer at the unmanned front desk. The ladies at the dining place were cheerful and helpful. Kudos, guys. You define teamwork in a broad setting.

This was a convenient location to stay in prior to flying out from Plattsburgh, with several places to eat at locally. The room was clean and well appointed but the shower had ceiling damage and the sliding doors did not slide easily. The breakfast had great choices but with no staff available, there was backup of trash in containers and tables to be cleared/cleaned.

Great hotel but AC caused issues

The hotel was clean, plenty of parking space, staff was friendly, and we felt safe. The only thing that drove us crazy was the fact that the AC unit was making clicking noises. Had to turn it off so we could sleep (it was below freezing outside), so this was very inconvenient.
