Two firepits with complimentary wood, community bar & grill area, large shared backyard, and covered porch looking out onto the lake. Valcour Island Marina located out front if you have a boat (slip sold separately) and Peru Dock State boat launch within 0.25 miles. Additional futon in kitchenette area to sleep another couple if you don't mind close quarters! Pet friendly! (Please pickup after your pets). Close to hiking, boating, kayaking, biking, and downtown Plattsburgh.
