We had a great stay at the property! We were a bit worried due to the location being a bit far from downtown except there was an excellentwell lit path right from the hotel to the strip. It was an easy 20-30 minute walk or a faster bike ride. We rented bikes and took them everywhere hotel had a bike rack in parking however it could use a bit of an upgrade as was falling apart. Room was great as well as the rooftop being the major highlight. Would be amazing if the rooftop bar was open but could bring own food/drinks up instead. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a great non all inclusive stay in Playa!

It takes 450 pesos round trip taxi ride to Playa del Carmen when it is only 8min drive away.. There is a big supermarket across the street tho. But other than that, nothing else. Swimming pool is shallow.

Our first 3 days was so great that I decided to stay for another day. I asked for a room upgrade. Unfortunately the upgrade room was not that great. Shower leaked that was never fixed so after several hours of waiting they finally changed our room. But the room we went to next had a bad odor and had not been cleaned thoroughly. Too exhausted to fuss and acknowledging they were trying to make things better I just accepted the situation. I would still recommend this hotel if the price was lower. It really should be priced $20 lower.

Beautiful condo. Clean, air conditioning was working properly, kitchen fully equipped, the washer/dryer combo was super helpful, etc. each area of the condo was specious. We absolutely loved it. You must have a vehicle or be willing to use taxis to get there quickly. About a mile and a half from the center or main road in town
