A newly built deck with lounge seating invites long afternoons in the salt air, while private beach access ensures the Atlantic is just steps away for shell collecting, swimming, or a barefoot stroll.

Spacious living and dining
Inside, the open-concept main floor is designed for gathering. A generous living area with comfortable seating and a Smart TV flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, where granite countertops, high-end appliances, and a breakfast bar make meals effortless. On the third floor, three ocean-facing bedrooms open directly onto the balcony, including a primary king suite with ensuite bathroom and two queen bedrooms that share a hall bath. The ground floor caters perfectly to families, with a large bunkroom featuring two full/twin bunks and trundles, alongside a media space with a sectional sofa and oversized TV. A separate king bedroom on this level offers direct deck access for a quieter retreat. The second floor, home to the kitchen and living areas, also includes a flexible bonus room with a desk - an ideal corner for remote work or quiet reading.
