Seascape was purchased in 2018 and transformed. Brand new flooring, fresh paint (inside and out), luxurious quartz kitchen countertops, and a new Trex deck are just a few of the inviting updates. This 3-story home is nearly 2900 square feet with breathtaking views.

A private boardwalk over the protective dunes will drop you right into the sand. Enjoy your morning cup of Joe on the private oceanfront patio or take an evening stroll along the sand. The main floor features an open concept floor plan boasting picture windows in each of the rooms. The living room and dining room face the ocean, with adjoining kitchen opening up to the entertaining space. The master bedroom has private patio access door and an en suite bath. And there is plenty of room for two to utilize the dual vanity. Need a rinse after a day in the sun? Immerse yourself in the jetted tub or try the separate frameless stall shower. Its walk-in master closet is perfect for plenty of wardrobe changes. The main floor also includes a fireplace to cozy up next to, and a powder room. The living area on the main floor features a 50 in. flat screen TV with ample seating to watch your favorite show or ballgame. With our new power reclining sofas and a 10-seat handmade dining table with bench and chairs, everyone can take a seat.

Four additional bedrooms on the top floor. Three bedrooms have direct oceanfront views and the fourth guest room has a view of the Intracoastal. The upstairs master, with its own en suite bathroom, has a nook that hosts a twin bed and a trundle - perfect for a couple traveling with their 2 children! The middle bedroom upstairs features French doors, 2 queen beds, and a bookshelf. The seahorse bedroom has a queen bed and writing desk to send all those postcards to friends who wish they were there with you. The nautical room is the perfect sleeping spot for children with its bunk beds and a bonus trundle. The seahorse and nautical rooms are conveniently located next to the full guest bath with dual vanity and shower. A large laundry room with cabinets and sink are upstairs for convenience. The bottom floor has a 2-car garage and storage area perfect for beach toys. An extra 1/2 bath downstairs is in the garage as well. Step off the beach and pop in there without dragging the sand inside! An outdoor shower with adjustable water temperature is available as well. We have a rec room WITH A.C. in the garage, too. It features Foosball, a ping pong table, Tiki Toss, and darts (rubber-tipped).

Only 15-minutes to downtown St. Augustine with marinas and boat docks nearby, too. A Publix grocery store and gas station are less than 10 minutes away.
