The Dunes House – Oceanfront Escape

Note: Our beach house is a single-family oceanfront home that we offer in multiple listing configurations (3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, or the entire house). These listings all refer to the same property and are simply different booking options designed to accommodate groups of varying sizes and budgets. This approach allows smaller groups to enjoy the home at a lower price point while still giving larger groups the option to reserve the full property. Only one reservation is accepted at a time, and the home is never shared between separate guest groups.

The home features three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for groups traveling together. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook meals at home, while the open living and dining areas offer plenty of space to gather, relax, and enjoy the ocean views. Large windows throughout the home bring in natural light and the calming sights and sounds of the beach.

Step outside to enjoy multiple outdoor spaces including two oceanfront balconies and a large rooftop observation area—perfect for morning coffee at sunrise, evening drinks with ocean breezes, or stargazing at night. With direct beach access just steps away, guests can easily walk down to the sand for swimming, fishing, shell hunting, or long peaceful beach walks.
