John was an excellent host!! Spacious place, especially the master bedrooms & bathrooms. Beautiful area downstairs & the deck with various seating options was great for enjoying the sunny, breezy day! Inside tv with tons of options & internet.

We stayed here for three nights as one last getaway before the kids went back to school, and we had an awesome time. The house was great—super clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and just a short drive to the beach or an easy walk. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.We love cooking our own meals, and the kitchen had all the utensils and cookware we needed. The large covered deck was one of our favorite spots—perfect for morning coffee and family dinners in the evening.Best of all, John was a fantastic host. He was quick to respond anytime we had a question and even checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was going well. He also gave us some great suggestions for things to do in the area.Would definitely stay here again!

Nice and peaceful

We had an overall great stay at this beach house. The house was as described and we had a lot of fun and made some memories. Upon arrival, the rooms were clean and the house was cooled off already, which was a nice surprise from other places we have tried. There was enough room for all of us, a party of 13. Communication with the host was good. They kept in touch throughout the stay and were ready to resolve issues promptly if needed.I would recommend a golf cart as the walk to the beach is a bit long and there is no beach access for vehicles in this sub division. Also, bring mosquito spray! A few cans, especially if it is going to rain during your stay. This house was exactly what we needed and we would be more than happy to rent it again.

Great Stay at John’s Home in Crystal Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Crystal Beach! The property has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of indoor and outdoor space for guests to enjoy. John is very communicative and attentive and made sure they we were enjoying our stay throughout the weekend. I would recommend renting a golf cart (which we did), as it makes getting to and from the beach quick and easy.

Other than some issues it was fine.

The house wasn’t very clean. Used cups in the cabinets and floors were dirty we couldn’t let our infant on the floor without gathering a lot of dirt. After we cleaning the house it was mostly as advertised. Communication with the owner was easy but I felt like it was all talk after bringing up some issues with no resolution from maintenance or cleaning.

Great Getaway!

We did our annual Beach Vacation in Crystal Beach this year. The house was great for 8 adults and 3 kids. We walked to the beach everyday and enjoyed our evenings on the patio upstairs and down. John was a great host with making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this house for anyone wanting a little getaway to Crystal Beach!

Fantastic for Big Family

The property is in great condition and very clean, it has many rooms witch allow our big family to accommodate, we took advantage of the swing, hammock and foosball. The communication was outstanding with the property owner.

Loved everything about it, clean house & very beautiful. Great communication with host. Great area quiet and peaceful. Quick walking access to the beach & only two-four streets away for car beach access. Definitely perfect for a big family. For sure will be coming back !!

Very comfortable and convenient access to the beach

The beach house was very clean and organized. The beds and furniture overall were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you need to cook with. The restrooms were very clean and nice size with two very large walk in showers. Very nice! The neighbors and neighborhood overall was very tranquil and nice. The location is very close to the beach. We took our golf cart but could easily walk to the beach. The check-in process was seamless and communication with the owner was very fast, professional and polite. Definitely recommend and would book again in the future.

Well appointed, great beds, lovely porch

This home is clean and well cared for. The location is nice and convenient. Great beach area! The rentals in this area are generally run down- but this one is nicely updated! If you are a beachy family like ours (and have a lot of beachy items and babies) it would be a good idea to rent a golf cart, The golf cart entrance is a little closer than the drive on entrance.- you'll love this home! Management was great and fast with reponses.
