Check in was easy and quick. No elevator so had to carry our bags to the second floor. No pictures on the walls. Very very basic room. No hook or rack for bath towels or face towel. One lamp had no light bulb. Bed was soft and sheets were wrinkled up but looked clean. TV didn’t work but maybe it was because of the storm. Pool are liked clean but water was green. Pool was closed. Glad we only stayed one night.

Met our needs

Motel is exactly what you would expect for the price. It was clean and safe, so it met our most important needs. It’s a dated facility, no bells and whistles, but didn’t expect any at this price point. The mattresses were uncomfortable. The pool was great. The room’s AC kept it nice and cool. The property is well lit and has cameras giving you a sense of security. Overall, it was a great stay.

The room was good sized. We got a king with a pull out bed. Everything was clean and there wasn't any grit on anything. The only problem we had was the air unit kept doing this loud clicking/banging noise every few minutes, it was incredibly loud. Even with the noise though, it stayed cool and the bed was comfortable.

The staff were very friendly. The pool area was nice and the guests were quiet when using it. We had an issue with the a/c on the first night but the staff fixed it while we were at dinner, so we were very pleased.

I liked the parking and access set up… what I did not like was the steep concrete stairways from the parking lot up to the rooms and the few number of towels offered as well as no hand towels or wash cloths

They do not replace towels daily, stayed 3 nights & only replaced them once. Called the office but we had to go get towels instead of them delivering them to us. Should clean rooms daily for the price they charge! Floor is very sandy the day we got there.

It was a nice place to stay, no frills but no problems. I had trouble finding the check in area, but I phoned and lady lady in the checkin was very helpful.

The room smelled musty and had very poor lighting all around. There was a dog barking nearby in the hall at around 2am and the next morning there was dog poop right outside our door in several spots, and it stayed there all weekend. The trash can in the walkway that was immediately outside our door was overflowing and never thrown out our entire 2 night stay. There were only 2 small pillows for our king size bed, a sheet and a bedspread that was ripped and didn’t smell fresh. The room felt dark and dingy. The attendants at the front desk were nice at both check in and check out, but I had to ring the doorbell and wait a few minutes to get buzzed in to the lobby each time. We will not stay there again.
