Check in was easy and quick. No elevator so had to carry our bags to the second floor. No pictures on the walls. Very very basic room. No hook or rack for bath towels or face towel. One lamp had no light bulb. Bed was soft and sheets were wrinkled up but looked clean. TV didn’t work but maybe it was because of the storm. Pool are liked clean but water was green. Pool was closed. Glad we only stayed one night.

Pleasantly suprised

I was pleasantly suprised at the cleanliness of the hotel and how well it has been brought up to par. This is just the first phase and the second is to come i was told by the gentleman at the desk. The room had plenty of space to unload into and was comfortable. Had to bring my own coffee pot but they do have coffee at the office. I would stay here again for sure!

Great Gem Hotel

Great gem hotel. Front desk was excellent with our needs. Pet friendly beautiful pool area open late with seating area to relax. Room was clean smelling great. My room look over the horizon at the bay to see the ships coming in and out. Close to Foodmart and restaurants. Manager was great and nice

Overall decent stay, room was clean when we arrived. After dropping our stuff off and leaving for a few hours, when we came back we smelt mold. The mold smell lasted the entire stay, i actually found it on the window seal on the last day. I wouldnt stay again but it served its purpose.
