The Space:

Pelican Crossing is a beautiful, 4 bedroom, 3 bath house in the desirable Bluewater subdivision. This is a great two-family house with gorgeous views of the beach. It features lower and upper decks with quality wooden deck furniture. You'll have a quick trip down to the sand on foot or by vehicle or golf cart.



Relax in the spacious living room with plenty of comfortable furniture and a large television. Meal preparation will be easy in the large kitchen and bar area. You'll have all the cookware you need, plus a blender and Keurig coffee maker and dining space for 8-9. There is also a washer and dryer on the premises.



With nearly 2100 square feet, Pelican Crossing has room to accommodate 14. There are two bedrooms located on the main floor and 2 bedrooms located on the 2nd floor. All the bedrooms have their own televisions, and there is high speed internet for your convenience. On the main floor, the primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, while the third has two queen beds, and the fourth has one queen bed. For additional sleeping the 2 blue chairs upstairs become full-sized hideaway beds.



Enjoy entertaining your guests under the house at the outdoor bar area with plenty of seating, swings, and a picnic table. A charcoal bbq pit is available for your use.



Need more space? Bluewater subdivision has many nearby homes available for rent through Swedes.



Two small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
