Kick back and relax in this small cozy cabin located on Elm street just outside of Potsdam. The cabin is conveniently just minutes from Canton Potsdam Hospital, SUNY Potsdam, and Clarkson University. Sleeps up to 3 guests. There is a Queen size Sleep Number bed in the upstairs loft, and the sofa bed pulls out into a twin bed. Sip a cup of coffee and enjoy the views on the balcony. Grill some dinner outback on the patio. Enjoy the privacy of the entire cabin to yourself.

CU Winter Graduation
This was a great stay for my husband and adult son to attend our youngest son's graduation. This little cabin was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The shower had great hot water. There is a great little airport diner across the street for breakfast or lunch.

Great little cabin for two!
This is the perfect spot to stay for a couple. It is cozy and clean and close to campus and places to shop/eat/etc. The main bed is in the open loft, and there is a small futon in the living room area. However having 3 people in the house when my son was with us was a little cramped. The host was extremely responsive and check in/out was very easy. My only suggestion (which I messaged her as well) was to perhaps have some toiletries available for people who might forget them (like I did :)) Overall this was a great stay and we would love to be back!

Clean, comfortable small cabin
The cabin is of recent and modern construction, private, quiet, and quite comfortable for a couple. The only things to be aware of are that the bedroom is up a set of somewhat steep steps and the bathroom is downstairs. Also the kitchen is basic, good for making coffee and reheating things in the microwave, but not for any real cooking. Would definitely stay there again.

This cabin was perfect for our stay. Saw deer in the back yard. Close to restaurants and fuel stations. Very clean. Host was very easy to work with. This was our 1st time with VRBO.
