Short staff I think is the main problem. The same person who is making drinking for bar area is the person who assist us to check in. Since he is so busy, there is no brief introduction of the room and other amenities. The room is a good size and new. Only problem is there is no remote control for the tv in the room and we ends up need to go down to the front desk to get it. Pool is not much people but now towel available even though there is towel cabinet. Breakfast is extra charge but price is not bad. Food variety is pretty good for the price. Kids love their waffle maker machine! Check out time is noon so my kids has enough time to play in the pool before check out. Overall, no bad experience. All the available staffs there are pretty friendly and helpful. Due to short staffs, it might be hard for them provide best service. My kids still rate good hotel in their mind!
