Deceptive! Website shows rooms that must be from another location. Website states there is an elevator. There is no elevator! We are two seniors had to lug our belongings up two flights of stairs! Requested 1st floor but was told there was none available. Hotel needs much renovations. Terrible stay!

We were a bit disappointed because we thought the pictures of the hotel shown on hotels.com misrepresented it for the better. The breakfast area was much smaller, cramped and darker than the online picture showed. That was true for the room we were in as well. We chose it because it was close to the national parks, but they weren't open.

The a/c was terrible. I actually struggled with turning up and down the temperature the whole night with the heater, and eventually I have to switch to cool with outside temperature only 3-4 °C.

I stated the quality in numerous times in Arlington, New York. This is my second time at the quality Inn in Hyde Park and I prefer the Hyde Park one much more than the one in Arlington in Arlington. The staff is nasty, rude and dirty.

Everything looked clean and fresh. I would have given it a higher rating but even though our room was comfy and clean it had a musty smell that was pretty strong. Also, the WIFI was a bit of a pain to connect to. The breakfast offerings were pretty impressive.

This was a very short business trip, so I honestly have no idea what amenities were available, such as fitness center, room service, etc. The staff were very professional and friendly, and as someone who loves reading books, I especially enjoyed the chair with a lamp next to it, which I was enjoyed far less than I would have preferred, mainly as this was a shorter business trip than usual for me.

Our room was right next to an entrance where cigarette smoke was easily smelled upon entering our room. Eventually, we requested to switch rooms due to something different and the rest of our stay was a breath of fresh air. Staff was very kind helpful and accommodating. Would recommend to others.
