This place is a gem! Friendly service at checkin. Parking outside your room Clean rooms, light and airy feel. Service yourself breakfast with plenty of variety. Near enough to the action of Provincetown. Definitely recommend!

Ok if you like other people’s noise.

Lots of noise. Could hear people’s phones going off the whole time, talking, sliding door constantly opening and closing, people using the bathroom, etc. Could smell food being cooked downstairs.

Amazing stay!

I am a pretty picky traveler. There is nothing negative I can say about this motel! Friendly staff…. Rooms are great and super clean. Not a hot breakfast but name brand yogurt, yummy muffins and fruit.

The breakfest is served in the pool area and is uncomfortable. The hotel lacks elevators and the stair steps are narrow . This made it difficult to manage as i am a large older individual. Staff was friendly and location is good to port and shoping . GREAT VALUE if you are confortable with the two things listed above .
