Spacious and well-equipped

This property is very spacious, so a group of people won't feel like they are on top of one another. It is well-equipped with all the household items one needs for a week's stay. The appliances are large and in good order. The area is quiet, but an easy walk to all the action on Bradford and Commercial Streets.

Amazing Beach House

This house was perfect for our trip, there was enough room inside and outside for all of us to be able to do different activities or have alone time if needed. The kitchen was the star of the show though, huge kitchen with so much space for cooking and making cocktails or both! We would LOVE to stay again next year!

Quiet Location, Close to Town

We enjoyed our week-long vacation at Mariann's property... the house is spacious for a group of friends or a family visiting Ptown. It's peaceful, neighborhood location is the perfect distance to the center of town where all the activity is. We would definitely stay there again on a future trip to Ptown.

Great quiet place in P Town

The house was very comfortable and clean. There are two different living areas so we were able to spread out and relax. There is a beautiful garden off the back and a nice place to relax in the evening. Mariann was very easy to communicate with and we really enjoyed staying in her home.

Perfect PTown Property

We loved our stay at Mariann’s place! It’s an easy walk to town, convenient, but far enough for some peace and quiet. The home is cozy and spacious enough for a good sized group. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pans, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and we really ejoyed the grill outside. The outdoor patio was also a great touch and provided a nice bit of outdoor privacy.

Lovely Home with plenty of space

The house is close to town and has plenty of space. There were 5 of us in the house and had lots of room. The house was clean and well maintained. However, the house stayed hot. The portable air conditioners were not enough to keep the house cool.

Beautiful space

Plenty of comfortable room to move around and relax. Center of town is a short walk to visit but even though close to center its in a very quiet neighborhood. Large Driveway to park in. Beaches are spectacular and a short drive. Would rent again.

Nice house in a great location! Walking distance to Commercial Street. House was very clean upon arrival and Mariann was very responsive with communication. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a Provincetown getaway!

A perfect place to call home in P-Town

Much to love about this place. The 2 queen sized beds in the 2 upstairs bedrooms were perfect for couples, and the downstairs bedroom, though smaller, had another bed for 2. So, the house sleeps 6 comfortably/traditionally, with 2 full baths. There is a beautiful sun room off the kitchen/dining-area that has a sofa that pulls out into a large bed. Due to the room's location, some kind of folding doors would make it perfect for doubling as a bedroom, providing privacy while still keeping the open floor plan feel; as it is, it makes a fine bedroom for those who go to bed late and are up early - or a teenager who goes to bed late and can sleep through an earthquake (or at least the smell of bacon). There's also a couch in the living room that pulls out into a bed - and there's an extra big mattress under one of the beds upstairs. So, sleeps 6-8 reasonably comfortably and in theory you could squeeze in 11 or 12. Some interior work is still undergoing upgrades, but everything worked. The kitchen is well equipped - chef-quality gas range and large fridge. Cast iron skillets among the pots and pans, and plenty of mugs and wine glasses. Also there's a grill. There is a lovely garden off the kitchen - lots of privacy. The location was perfect for us. It's a quiet residential area just far enough away from the bustle of downtown. We generally walked or biked to Commercial Street twice a day: anything you want to get to is only 0.5 - 1 mile away. The Herring Cove and Race Pt beaches are very easy to get to by car or bike, and Truro beaches are only a 10 min drive away. Maryann was extremely hospitable. She was there when we arrived and gave us a house tour. She was very available for questions and advice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place - short walk from Commercial street

We had a great stay at Mariann’s house. The place was awsome and only a short walk from all the P-town action. We also really appreciated he letting us store our bags the next day since our ferry was only in the evening.

Cute, comfortable, inviting, and very convenient

I loved staying in this sweet home. It was warm and inviting, incredibly comfortable to stay in. The convenience to Commercial Street was great for walking around the very foot-friendly town and the wide driveway made it easy to leave our cars at “home”. Besides this, the host was friendly whenever I communicated with them, the home was clean and fresh, and everything we needed to know for our visit (WiFi, TV, trash collection, etc) was clear and simple. I wish I could have stayed longer!
