I’ve stayed at this location a few times and unfortunately it never got better. The location is ideal, but the cleanliness isn’t great, the pillows and bed are uncomfortable, a front desk associate has to let you into the fitness room, the back door is always unlocked which is a safety concern for a single woman coming in late at night alone and why even advertise a kitchenette if there are no utensils or cookware?? I’ll be driving a little further each time I visit and just stay at the Hampton down the street.

The male staff member was very nice, but was difficult to understand because of his accent. Also, our room had only one hanger, and when we asked for more, a female staff member rounded up two hangers and said that’s all she had. I do not believe the hotel was full, and it was hard to accept the fact that she could not find two more hangers for us. Since we had only one bed in our room, there was nowhere to lay our clothes. Things just didn’t seem up to the standards that we had experienced other times when staying here.

Didn't have time for breakfast but it sounded good. Check-in was easy as was check out. Commode sat too far from the stool so reaching it was difficult. But otherwise everything was good.

Everything was great with the hotel. The staff of the hotel was very nice. We booked our room through an app right as we got there and the reservation hadn't quite made it through yet, but the gentleman at the counter let us know it would only be a minute or two so we went ahead and parked and grabbed our luggage. By the time we got back in the reservation was on his system. The room was quiet and comfortable at a reasonable rate.
