Location! This superb three bedroom Penthouse Condo is second line to the Ocean, but you feel like its frontline! Beautifully furnished and fully equipped, this condo enjoys stunning views and furnished rooftop dining and entertaining space with those wow factor selfies. The main balcony downstairs also has stunning views onto the beach and comfortable seating to enjoy the breeze. There are 3 main bedrooms on the lower level, two of which have their own ensuite bathrooms. The third guest room is equipped to sleep three for families with children, with its bathroom across the hall. Beside the kitchen you have the laundry area with extra toilet. And to finish the upstairs open loft/mezanine also has its own bathroom and twin bed with air conditioner. Plenty of room for large families or groups of friends
Electric is a separate charge during your stay. You will witness the meter reading on arrival, and pay your usage at check out. This condo is equipped with split inverter air conditioners that are more economical to run. Short term renters may not have guests that were not part of the original booking

Great overall

We had an excellent stay at this property. Overall the complex was perfect. Direct access to a private, clean beach and great beach restaurant. The property felt very safe with 24/7 security and there were a few great restaurants and small stores within walking distance. We had a pipe break in the laundry room in the middle of the night flooding the laundry room and kitchen but our wonderful host Liz was quick to respond and maintenance fixed the pipe promptly.

Excellent Property In Punta Cana

The unit was great! The view and proximity to the beach were excellent. Liz, the host, was always responsive and very helpful! The beach bar/restaurant was also very good. Prices were fair and the food was great.

Our host was very helpful as to even getting us transportation out of the Airport which was great help itself. The drivers she provides were excellent and the communication was very exceptional. The area around the place felt like a very safe environment due to the vast security working 24/7. Everyone was very welcoming. Great eating spots and grocery stores within walking distance. Overall great experience! Would highly recommend to anyone especially who is traveling to Punta Cana for the first time!

Fabulous Stay

We are a family of 6 and found the apartment perfectly suited to our needs. The apartment is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and has an amazing view from the balcony! We also enjoyed the short walk to the beach and swimming pool so the location is perfect. The property itself is very well run. First off, Liz and Caren are excellent managers and responded promptly to all of my questions and requests. They provided exceptional customer service. I also appreciated how the overall property grounds are cared for. The grounds are clean and very well maintained with gardeners cutting the grass and keeping the grounds beautiful. Also, the beach is cleaned several times a day, and there is a convenient beachside restaurant with good food and drinks for only guests. They also fumigated the property for bugs which was great to see. Overall, it's a well-run, beautiful complex and the apartment is wonderful!

Great location

We loved this condo!!! Very clean, great location next to many restaurants and a small grocery. We all felt very safe with the security 24/7. We didn’t get to enjoy the beach much thanks to hurricane Beryl, but walking it was lovely. We would for sure stay again. The best part about this place is the property manager Liz. She was very easy to communicate with, always responsive and truly a sweet person overall. Don’t think twice, rent this one!!

Fabulous Condo!

This condo is exactly as the photos show. It's a beautiful location on the beach! It has everything that you need/want. Our host, Liz was at the condo to greet us and give us suggestions of things to do and places to eat etc. Her warmth and attention made us feel like family! We enjoyed the local restaurants and the beach was awesome! I already miss my morning coffee on the patio just watching the water. I took several walks throughout the neighborhood. It's bustling with locals and tourists. We felt a true kindness from all of the people we met. A special bonus was having Freddy pick us up at the airport, take us to the supermarket and wait, then bring us to the condo. Can't wait to return!

Hard to beat!

Second time bringing our family to the Dominican and Playa Turquesa. First time in this condo. Nicely decorated, plenty of space, perfect location to beach, pool, walking distance to restaurants (both on the beach and outside of complex), small super market. Wonderful decks for lounging, eating, gathering. Amazing view!! Liz was great to work with and handled any issues quickly. Love this area and love not being at an all-inclusive!

Superb Location.

Fun & convenient to be able to drop down to the beach anytime. Great beach for swimming because it is calm compared to others. Included beach chairs & private beach that is well maintained. Check out the “Wild Margarita” & shrimp at the Ocean Club bar on beach. Be sure to go into town. We enjoyed Pastrata, El Sieto, Kat’s Corner. Liz was a true professional. Her assistance was priceless. Condo & deck very good!

Mesmerizing Views, Impeccable Stay: A 6-Star Recommendation!

We wholeheartedly recommend this condo – a solid 100%! The description is spot on, and the views are truly mesmerizing. The condo was impeccably clean and conveniently situated right in front of the beach, with groceries, restaurants, and bars just a few minutes away. Liz, the host, was exceptional – genuinely kind and polite. She provided fantastic local recommendations and promptly addressed all our needs. If I could, I would give it 6 stars!

Beautiful and Spacious

Our party of 6 (4 adults, 2 toddlers) really enjoyed our stay! The condo is spacious with amazing outdoor seating and large kitchen. Everything was in good working order. Liz was a huge help on all things!

Complex had security and tidy. did have a day of very noisy grounds keeping which we weren’t aware was going to occur and an evening fogging for bugs that was unexpected and created a bit of panic

Great Condo and Views

Rooftop terrace was a very nice feature. Very secure property 24/7, always felt safe. Liz was very helpful, organized, and quick to respond. We ran out of water and she had some at our door 10 minutes later. Beach is beautiful and loungers are provided which was super nice. Overall great experience and would recommend this condo to any big group or family. It is very well equipped, lots of towels and kitchen accessories.

Great choice for the DR!!!

This property was great. The beach view from the front was amazing, and even better from the roof top porch!! My family and I felt safe on the property the whole time because there are security guards 24/7 there. The property is clean. The pool was just the right temperature and clean as well! The A/C's and the fans make all the difference since traveling to the Caribbean in July can get a bit warm. Liz, the property manager was extremely helpful in the check in and check out process. Not to mention she. answered all of our text questions throughout our 12 day stay. She is very attentive to the guests. Went above and beyond!!

Gorgeous views from this private, quiet homey Apartment!

We made this apartment our home for 6 days and nights. We cooked every meal here as we travel a lot and wanted "home time." Liz the manager is fabulous; friendly, helpful and quick to reply. She solved every thing we asked, lickety split. The location and views are wonderful, the apartment big and spacious, and the private beach just steps away. Yes, book here, and enjoy!

Better than the photos!

This condo was exactly what it said with an even better view than expected. The property manager, Liz was outstanding
 when the batteries on our door lock went bad she fixed them quickly. She was super knowledgeable about the area and just the friendliest person! Property had lots of security guards all around, beach was well maintained, always good chairs to sit in. The only bummer was that the bar was being renovated and wasn’t open. Great listing though
 would recommend for a DR trip!
