Anniversary Trip

First time we have been to DR and this was a perfect place to stay. It had everything we required and the description was exactly as stated. Grocery and restaurant was all within walking distance. The couple issues we had were resolved immediately that same day with in an hour. Definitely would recommend for a quiet family friendly getaway.

The beach access cannot be beat! Great restaurant onsite, friendly staff and beach loungers with padded cushions. Plenty of permanent umbrellas for those that like the shade. There are also plenty of loungers in the sun for those that prefer that. They don’t allow lounge seat reservations so there is always one available. We took two boat tours that launched from other Punta Cana locations so we got to see some other beach fronts and I have to say that Playa Turquesa was incredible. The condo unit itself was perfect for exactly what we needed. The complex is really nice, safe, secure and so walkable outside the complex. It’s close to so much. The grocery store outside of the complex is well stalked with everything you need. We didn’t buy anything “American” and thought the prices were reasonable. Their local bread, the rolls called water bread, are incredible. Water delivery was cheap and fast. Stove is gas that needs to be lit and they provide a box of matches. All of the staff that we interacted with, mostly security, were all so friendly and welcoming. They all had a ready smile and a hello. Tip, which might seem obvious but no where in the instructions for the condo does it state to physically check in and out at the reception desk. You need to do this and they need to cut your complex wrist band on your check out for every guest and you give it to security on the way out.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent 3 weeks in this condo and had a fantastic vacation. Playa Turquesa has beautiful pools a great beach and the grounds are so clean and well kept. The people are very friendly which gave it a homey feel. The condo itself was clean and was equipped with everything we needed. The king sized bed and other furnishings was very comfortable. AC worked very well with one in the main area and another in the bedroom. The beach towels do need replacing but they did the job. B103 is a ground floor unit which we liked. We would walk out the patio door and go for a swim in the pool or the ocean. The location of this condo is not beach front which was good because we got a nice breeze without feeling wind blown. We felt very safe in this complex. Security was great. Just outside the gate are a bunch of restaurants with live music every night. The grocery store is a block away with a bigger grocery store a short cab ride away. We will be back.

Great place to stay in Punta Cana

We had a very pleasant one-week stay in Playa Turquesa B103 in the El Cortecito part of Bavaro/Punta Cana. The apartment is located on the first (ground) floor of a 4-story building which is part of a gated community. The place is very secure and the grounds are well maintained. There are two nice pools inside the perimeter which is a good alternative to going to the beach. However, the best part was the private beach, only 100-yard walk from the apartment. The staff makes sure no one else other than the residents and tenants can stay on the beachfront. We visited in the first half of May in the low season and everything was perfect: the weather was beautiful, quite hot consistently, the water was warm and no seaweed. There was barely any people staying in the apartments around us so we had plenty of space to ourselves on the beach and at the pool. We also enjoyed the patio of the apartment which was in the shade all afternoon and provided a relief during the high heat of the day. There is a small grocery store just outside the gate and several good restaurants/eateries in walking distance. Otherwise, the apartment was very comfortable and clean with all the amenities as advertised. It is not too big but more than enough for two people. The kitchen was well equipped and great to have coffee and a quick breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed our vacation and would highly recommend this place. We would not stay anywhere else if we visited Punta Cana in the future.

Bon service de Go Punta Cana Vacations qui gère pour l’hôte. Le four ne fonctionnait pas, et le technicien est venu. Il semble que la pièce viendrait de l’extérieur du pays… heureusement qu’il y avait un BBQ qui fonctionnait! Selon un livre pour les invités, ce même four ne fonctionnait en 2024…. SERA-T-IL VRAIMENT RÉPARÉ???

Enjoyed the Private Complex

This condo was exactly as advertised, perfect for a couple. Good restaurants nearby and easy access to transportation. Nice oasis apart from the large hotels. The staff were excellent and very responsive. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is in a great location. The units were clean and if we needed anything they were very accommodating. The pools were nice here and even though you are not supposed to save chairs there are people still trying to. This complex is also on the beach and there are plenty of beach chairs available. There is also a toilet right at the beach for the complex people only. Very clean bathrooms. The complex is in a great location as restaurants were very close and the city bus was close and easy to catch to go go to the big grocery store. If you prefer you can buy right near the condo and the prices are not too bad. Great place to stay and nice and clean!!
