We had a lot of HEAVY luggage and she endured us that our room would be on the ground floor and it WAS. VERY SATISFIED. We are Choice hotel platinum members but are now considering switching to Holiday Inn hotels for our future stays. "

"I sent a message 2 times to the property to let them know that I will be checking in late night . they responded with an automated response. When I got there, tired after been driving for several hours and expecting to get a clean room to sleep in… NOBODY respond the bell, neither the phone hanging in one window outside of the building to ask for help with the check in process. O wait there for over 40 minutes before called Expedía to ask them for help."

"Beds were clean, tub and toilet were clean but bathroom definitely needs a deep clean. "

"The bathroom and floor needed more attention by the cleaning staff. The beds were comfortable and seemed clean. The air conditioning worked fine. We were without hot water for about 24 hours but they did finally get it fixed. The pool and gym looked clean and well maintained but we didn’t use them. The laundry room was small and always in use. The maid took our towels and trash one day, but hadn’t restocked by 3:30 pm, which was inconvenient."
