Je voulais remercier Danick pour son beau service de nous amener des couvertures et un chauffage portable dans notre chambre, aussi pour l’accueil chaleureux. Son sourire a été accueillant. Toutefois, je vous recommande de mettre plus de crocher à la salle de bain. J’ai bien aimé notre chambre 119, mais il faut porter une bonne pair de pantoufles pendant l’hiver, car le plancher est froid. Ça serait apprécié si vous mettiez aussi des bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre. Merci pour votre bon service.

Wonderful dog-friendly property! Keep in mind that dog-friendly means that the dog may stay at the hotel. This does not give them the ability to go into the restaurant. We knew that of course but upon talking to people who look for dog friendly options, they are sometimes surprised by this. While I am still unsure of the actual hotel policy, we had no trouble leaving the dog back in the room (as he was tuckered out from all of the exploring all day!) but did receive a phone call one time while running out for coffee that he was barking. The dog friendly rooms are near the front desk so bear that in mind. But the hotel overall is lovely, there’s tons of ports and open space across the street with plenty of area to take the dog out and play. The Corridor du Littoral is quite long and we enjoyed many a walk and run along there. Location was perfect, just slightly tucked away but walking distance to everything. The staff were all lovely. Thank you so much!

This is our second time staying here. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and this hotel is close to everything you want to see in Old Quebec City! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
