The Novotel Lakeside's best feature is its location - the easy access to the many restaurants and bars is perfect. The rooms are small and dated but clean. Parking is a nightmare - I'd suggest paying for valet but book in advance. The area around the hotel is as safe as anywhere in the world.

Location is exceptional, right next to the lake and Queenstown Gardens. A short walk to town, and our room had the most amazing view. Cannot wait to return.
