With a view that will leave your mind still and your heart happy, we invite you to see Rincon from "Tranquilo" our sanctuary in the sky. Conveniently located in the sought-after Puntas area. Every square inch of this amazing luxury, courtyard-style villa was created with clear intent; one of artistry and enjoyment. For the first time ever, we open our doors to you!

Tranquilo embraces an open air, light-filled layout with 5 well-appointed bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms (studio has 1/2 bath) and separate entrance. All bedrooms have their own entrance, creating privacy within your group making the home perfect for multiple couples and older families alike. On the second floor you'll find the 3 main bedrooms all leading to the outdoor lounge area with stunning views. Perfect for whale watching! On the first floor you have the 4th bedroom, living area, kitchen, dining, laundry room, 1/2 shared bath with steps to the pool. Sit in the infinity pool watching the waves break at world renowned Sandy Beach-just 350 steps away.

Please note, there is *NO HOT TUB* just a smaller area that does not heat up.

The hill to access the house is VERY steep, only walkable if you are in the condition to do so :). It gets slippery when it rains and can be difficult to drive up.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! The views were just amazing yet there was plenty of privacy. Several outdoor seating areas meant that everyone could find their own little nook for some peace and quiet. The beach was just a few minutes walk away yet we loved just hanging by the pool while listening to the roar of the ocean. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great location off Sandy Beach. Close to beach bar restaurants. Hosts were attentive. The house is roomy and private even for my large family. It was well stocked. Perfect Get-Away Beach Holiday

The Tranquilo property in Rincon , PR was everything we hoped for. Spacious with amazing views and sunsets. Perfect salt-water pool and 5 minute walk to one of the nicest family beaches on west coast of Puerto Rico. Everything needed was with a 10 minute drive.. supermarket, restaurants, breakfast cafes, etc. A couple of issues that arose were immediately taken care of with quick response time and super-capable local craftsmen. Our week was amazing!!

This house has incredible views, an amazing infinity edge pool and wonderful sleep and living spaces. The property managers Ryan and Erika were amazing. We needed to contact them for some minor things during our stay (the power in the area went out briefly) and were met with immediate solutions. The house was clean and spacious. I would stay there again in a heartbeat
