The Villa amenities include an In-Ground 12x24 Pool with seating bench, Second Level 13 x 25 Dining Terrace, Two Kitchens, Rooftop Bar and Rooftop Terrace with Oceanviews. There are Ceiling Fans and Air Conditioning throughout the entire Villa. The Villa also features an Open Floor Plan with 10 Foot Ceilings. Living Area is 2200 Square Feet (4400 Square Feet Including Terraces).

We loved our stay at this property! There was enough room for four adults and two small boys to enjoy ourselves. We had coffee on the second floor patio and watched the sunrise every morning - breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable. Just a few short minutes to Sandy Beach, the Tamboo, Kahunas and Casa Islena. Our 5 year old grandson learned to swim in the pool - pools floats, beach chairs and coolers made the trips to the beach much easier. We look forward to returning!

We had a great time at Villa Ocean Mist! Loved the quiet location, but being close to restaurants, bars, and beaches. We loved sitting on the 3rd floor and looking out at the ocean. The sweet horses right next door were an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

This VRBO has everything we needed and so much more! It was clean and well stocked with towels and even hair towel wraps! WiFi worked great. There was a power outage the last night but it had a generator so we were not without power. The neighborhood was quiet but there were nice little shops and restaurants and beaches within walking.

Rincon Beach Stay

Property comes as advertised and is absolutely stunning, well equipped and very clean. The neighborhood is safe and easy access to the beach and a handful of restaurants in walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again.

Family vacation with adult children

Close to the beach and wonderful restaurants, this home provides everything you need. We had dinner and happy hours at the house- 3 dining rooms to choose from and an outdoor third story bar with a gorgeous view. The family voted to come back within two years. A memorable time!!!!

Awesome stay

Stayed here with my family for an extended weekend and we loved the place. We loved hanging out on the top level. The A/C was very nice as well. Walkable to a few restaurants and breakfast spots. The beach was very close by as well. The surf was a little too rough for swimming/snorkeling (we stayed here in December) but it was great for surfing! There was even a small rental company that had surfboards, paddleboards, etc. right there on the beach, which was very convenient.

Tropical Paradise

Property has everything needed and then some. We made fresh fruit and frozen drinks, sat rooftop, poolside and on beach. My son and I came for the surf and property is across street from Sandy Beach, walking distance from Pools and Antonio’s and 8 min car ride to Domes and Maria’s. For food and drink, Jack’s Shack, Tamboo, Kahuna Burger and Casa Islena for brunch are all short walks. Villa Ocean Mist is spacious and allows family to have private space but also space to come together as a family to play games, have meals, watch movies, etc. The property and pool are clean and meticulously maintained. When we come back, we hope Villa Ocean Mist is available for us!

We wanted R&R. We got it!

Ocean Villa Mist was the perfect place for our group of six adults to get some pure R&R after a professional convention in San Juan. The house is perfectly outfitted with everything we needed. The pool and patio were like our own private resort. We loved strolling down to the beach, a block away, had having a bit at the Big Kahuna Burger. If I come back to Puerto Rico, I will definitely come back to Ocean Villa Mist.

Great location

Wonderful House

This is an awesome house, very close to the beach. We had a lot of fun hanging by the pool as well as the rooftop bar. The kitchens are well equipped and made cooking easy. We were 3 adult couples and we had plenty of space. The house also had a great selection of beach chairs and coolers. Great vacation spot. Thank you!

This home is large and very well equipped! They even had a juicer that we made fresh lemonade and limeade with
. Of course with rum in it! We walked right across the street to get to the beach and enjoy wonderful sunsets! A couple of nice restaurants that are walkable and a nice bar one block away! 5 min drive to The Beach Bar where we went a couple times for drinks, appetizers, live music and beautiful sunsets!! Everything was perfect for a vacation with family and friends!

Fantastic stay

This was our second time staying at Ocean Mist and hopefully not our last. The property is clean and well kept, owners are very responsive to any questions, and the town is a great place to spend a beach vacation. Highly recommend!
