In a quiet and secure street in Copacabana. 290 sqf, with air conditioner, fast 125Mb/s WiFi connection , 2 TVs (with more than 230 channels), washing machine, high quality double bed and high quality sofa bed (both purchased in 2019 as well as the new LED TV for living room). Close to everything (supermarket, transportation) and at 7 min. walking from the beach. Bathroom, A/C and kitchen furniture from 2022!
For bookings of 20+ days, electricity bill must be paid separately.
The space
The apartment was renovated non-stop during the years and all the things inside are like new. Bed and sofa bed are from 2019. Bathroom was renewed in 2022. Air conditioner bought new in 2022 as well as the kitchen furniture.
With fresh bed linen and towels, exclusive internet and 2 x cable tv, washing machine, hair dryer, iron. Also includes 2 inflatable mattresses for 2 extra people.
