While there the water line burst, flooding the kitchen, getting inside the stove, and getting our clothes wet. We never had hot water the whole 8 days we were there - and TV never worked right. The last straw was when our plans changed and we needed a place desperately for the next 9 days - we were told the place was available. When I called the day before lease expiration was told it was not available which caused a whole day lost trying to find a place on the spur of the moment.

Ao solicitar visita para verificar o motivo não funcionamento do aquecedor do banheiro, recebi inf. que a empresa tem 24 horas para prestar o serviço , considerando uma questão de primeira necessidade achei tempo demais de espera , outro detalhe a internet nunca funcionou o wi-fi , achei mais facil usar meus dados que esperar a visita do funcionário. apto. é simples , mas básico, porém o que me causou profunda decepção foi a forma de lidar com uma urgencia como era a chuveiro funcionar , é basico ao meu entender. .
