It is a luxury apto, very modern with new furniture, totaly renovated with a big salon, dinning room and an incredible ocean view. 3 Bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, cable tv in every room and air condicioner, fast internet access, hidromassage in the master bedroom. The kitchen is complet with everything necessary and the service area has a washing maxine.
The apto is 1 block from the beach at Copacabana near everything like restaurants, supermarket, bars, farmacy, and the cabs are just in front of the building.
24 hours doorman and maide service is available if necessary.

Listed as luxury its not. living room is beautiful. Bedrooms and kitchen are terrible. Mold every where. View is ok location is great but not worth the price.

Great location; extremely responsive owner; wonderful trip

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property. The location is perfect -- just 1 block from Copacabana Beach, close to numerous good restaurants, safe, and located within walking distance of the main subway line. We watched the Reveillon new years fireworks show right from the living room, which has huge sliding windows that open all the way up for spectacular views of the beach and show. There are so many other good things that I could say about this property, Tereza the owner, and our trip overall. Tereza the owner was great to work with, and very responsive to all of our questions, from the time we first reached out through the completion of the trip. The apartment was spectacularly clean. We always fear bugs in tropical areas, and we didn't see a single bug in over a week! The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living quarters all were very clean, well appointed, and quite comfortable. It was like being at home. Also, there is a fourth bedroom (with its own bathroom) off the kitchen, which is not advertised but would serve a large family well. With four bedrooms each with their own bathroom, plus a hall bathroom, the property is so versatile. (We had three children with us, between the ages of 13 and 16.) I could go on and on, but to sum it up -- the property was exactly what we were looking for, and fulfilled and surpassed all expectations.

False Advertisement

I was very disappointed with the condition of the apartment. The property is not as described “Luxury apto, very modern with new furniture, totally renovated. I rented this apartment for the description in VRBO and the pictures. The minute I walked in, I noticed the pictures listed in VRBO were not accurate at all. False advertisement!! I am very sad. The price per night was high but I decided to splurge because I wanted to stay in a very nice place in Copacabana but the apartment was not as described in the VRBO website. Everything was old, damaged, furniture/beds/bathroom/bed sheets, things looked very worn and dirty, the pillows, the paint in the walls, holes in the ceiling, curtains were torn and falling down. The day that I checked in, the owner sent me a message telling me that I checked in on the wrong date, I paid extra money to check in on a Friday a long time ago, I had to tell to her twice to check my reservation dates and to check all the money that I paid. Which that explains another situation, When I arrived the beds were not made, they did not have blankets, they were not ready at all. The kitchen and living area smelled like gas and the bedrooms smelled like humid. If you are looking for a “luxury” place, please be aware that this is not the place for you!!!

Was kinda upset the washer machine did not work and there ending up being two. I thought the other machine was a dryer. But besides that loved that every bedroom had its Own Bathroom but they need Tvs.

Fabulous Location!

For those traveling to Rio for the first time, this location is an excellent choice. It's one block from the beach and resides on the main strip. Excellent eating establishments surround you so your walks are minimal. One of the best features is the each bedroom has it's own bathroom. That greatly increased our preparation time to depart to events and allowed us to organize our personal items accordingly. Furthermore, Tereza resides in the building and was readily available to answer any questions. This is a plus, especially for those not familiar with the city. We are already planning future trips with this location as our primary residence.

O apartamento é amplo, limpo, organizado. Todos os eletrodomésticos funcionam. São novos, como cafeteira e sanduicheira. A dona Tereza é prestativa e honesta. A localização é perfeita. Próximo da praia, restaurante, padaria, caixas 24 horas.
