Experience the charm of Santa Teresa in our apartment, ideal for up to 5 guests! Air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, and Wi-Fi. Shops and attractions are just around the corner.

We offer housekeeping and weekly linen/towel changes — check terms. We can also lend a crib and beach chairs — just ask one day in advance.

Our team is available 7 days a week, 12 hours a day, to ensure a perfect stay!

Your reservation guarantees the private use of all accommodation. If you receive guests (within the limit of guests), we only ask that they are identified in advance.

Our apartment has been designed to offer the comfort and security of a complete home. On the day of your arrival, at 1pm, you will receive the password or door key. If you need anything, do not hesitate to contact us! Our team is ready to help from Sunday to Sunday, from 8am to 8pm.

Details that make the difference: Electronic lock, double bed, sofa bed, bedding and bath, lockers, air conditioning, TV, blackout curtain, iron and hair dryer, sofa, full kitchen, hygienic shower and gas hot water.

Business travel: We offer special service for business travelers, with the issuance of a tax invoice and additional services.

Valet Service: If you wish, our valet can help with cleaning during your stay (R$ 120 for up to 4 hours). Give 1 day’s notice.

Transfer Back: Get 1 complimentary transfer from your accommodation to the airport on your checkout day. Valid for rides between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, using Uber Black or Comfort (subject to availability), within the same city as your accommodation.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION:

Our apartment on the 4th floor offers 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, overlooking the back/front. It has double bed, double sofa bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electronic lock, household appliances and hot water.

There is private parking 1 block from the lodging, in Rua Santo Amaro 33 and also at 80, see the price before. For families with babies, we lend portable cot and bed linen (request 1 day in advance), plus beach chairs. The change of bed linen and bath is made every 7 days (request 1 day before).

Enjoy the privileged location, with great restaurants, lovely views, proximity to the beach and easy access to transport and shops.

SIMPLE CHECKIN & CHECKOUT!

The check-in is done remotely, with password, from 14h to 17h. If you need early check-in or arrive after 17h, let us know in advance. We will do our best to help!

On the day of your arrival, at 1pm, we will send you the password. Make sure you have Wi-Fi to receive it. Any special need, please inform us as soon as possible.

For the safety of all, we will request photos of guests' documents 2 days before arrival (their data is protected by LGPD).

The check-out is autonomous: just turn off the appliances and close the door until 12h. If you need late check-out, see availability.

TRANSPORTATION IN SANTA TERESA — MOVE AROUND RIO WITH EASE

Staying on Rua Santo Amaro means you're in a prime location — just minutes from downtown Rio, Lapa, and the city's main attractions. And getting around is easy, with multiple transportation options available.

DAILY ACCESS:

Subway: The Glória Station (Line 1) is just a 10-minute walk away, with direct access to Ipanema, Copacabana, Botafogo, Maracanã, and the city center.

Bus: Several lines run nearby along Rua da Glória and Rua do Riachuelo, connecting you to different parts of the city.

Taxis & Apps: Uber, 99, and the official Taxi Rio app are all great options for private transportation around town.

TIPS FOR GETTING AROUND:

We do not recommend using a car: streets are narrow, traffic is heavy, and parking is expensive and hard to find.

For public transportation planning, apps like Moovit are very helpful.
