Check in was horrible, I book a spa rom and wasn’t giving that. Then the first desk clerk wants to be rude like nothing I can do. Save your argument for the web. False advertising I say!

The rooms are huge. This is my number one spot whenever I’m visiting Rochester. The only thing that I don’t like, is how thin the walls are. You can hear your neighbor whispering. Very annoying
