Comfortable and conveniently located home

Located in close proximity to all major employers and universities. Minutes away from downtown, St. John Fisher, Nazareth, Strong Hospital, and the University of Rochester. Down the street from, Oak Hill Country Club! In the thick of it all, yet set apart in a quiet and quaint neighborhood.
There are two first-floor bedrooms, a first-floor full bath, original hardwood floors, and a cozy sun porch! In the summer enjoy the deck with a fenced-in backyard. Guests will also have access to a one-car garage with a remote opener.
Home is comfortably and fully furnished, including cooking supplies, cable-ready televisions, coffeemaker, the works. Look forward to hosting you!

Beautiful community

House located in a beautiful quiet street. Cute home with small fenced yard. Arrived and trash can was full of trash, yard messy compared to neighbors yards. There was a musky smell to house coming from basement and house was not clean when we arrived.

Anniversary Surprise Party

The house was adorable and so well stocked for all our needs. The property manager was so amazing to work with so prompt and easy to get in touch with answered any questions I had within a few minutes. Great property!

I was in town with a few other parents while our kids had a hockey camp in Rochester. House was clean, owner was responsive, and the neighborhood was quiet. Close to plenty of restaurants and groceries. I would definitely stay here again!

Quiet neighborhood in Brighton NY

The location was minutes from family we were visiting in Penfield NY. Fenced in backyard was great when grandson visited. Would stay here again.

Great location, hopefully management is more streamlined

Location was easy to find. When we came to check in, the information was wrong so we were stuck for about 15 minutes, which was frustrating. The owner called me with correct check in information and made sure we were settled. There was a change in management so the property wasn't cleaned or stocked as expected. This may have been serendipitous timing. The listing had 2 queen beds, but it was really a queen and a full bed. This was a factor in us renting this place so that was disappointing. The bathrooms are VERY small so if you're taller or a bigger person (like myself), it's tight. Shower had nice water pressure and good hot water. Backyard was great for my dog! Kitchen had all utensils needed to make meals and worked well. A/C and old-fashioned house fan kept the house cool during the hot days we were there. Wifi and TV worked great! Overall, I'd give the whole experience 3.5/5. The start was pretty rocky, but the space itself was good. I hope management is solid now and streamlined moving forward. Its a great and quiet location near Rochester.

This rental worked out wonderful for our stay in Rochester for our son’s graduation from St John Fisher. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries prior to arriving and the rental was exactly as stated. The outdoor space was nice to sit at in the evening.

In Town for Funeral with Adult Kids & Dog

Property worked well for what we needed-nothing fancy but fit the bill. Loved the fenced in yard for the dog and the easy access to freeway. Convenient to everything we needed.

Very easy to drive to (once you get the full address, directions from VRBO left us about 1/4 mile from the address and I had to contact the owner. She was very quick to respond.). An entire house at a great price in a convenient location. Beds were clean and comfortable.
