You guys, this was literally the most perfect rental for my family stay over an extended weekend! It was my family (husband and 2 kids) and my brother and sister in law and their 2 kids. There was so much space and everyone fit more than comfortably.First of all, Larry is truly the best, most communicative owner...A!!! Larry has beautifully renovated this house, everything was brand new! Larry truly thought of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. We were even greeted with some delicious chocolate chip cookies!I have stayed at other VRBO's that provide no amenities-that is not the case with this rental-Larry and his wife thoughtfully stocked the house with all of the beach essentials-a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach towels & beach toys! They even included all of the little things too- dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, and even shampoo, conditioner and body soap! Truly they thought of everything :) We even noticed that they included some complimentary food in the freezer in case we were hungry when we got to the house!We cooked dinner a couple of nights and the kitchen was well stocked. We sat on the awesome covered porch for evening cocktails and watched people walking by and feeling the lovely beach air. Our kids loved waving to people as they walked by.You are right in the middle of town, walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping on Bearskin Neck. THE BEST LOCATION!! Thanks Larry!!!!!

This was a wonderful vacation spot! The property is super clean and very well-maintained. The kitchen is amazing, the bathrooms have great showers and the bedrooms are spacious with comfortable mattresses and pillows. There was plenty of kitchen equipment, fresh towels, beach chairs and board games. There are mini-splits for AC and they worked very well. You can easily walk to any spot in downtown Rockport and Good Harbor beach is just 3 miles away. Larry is an excellent host!

Wonderful experience

We loved this place, excellent location to walk to restaurants and shopping right in the center of town. The property is beautiful and perfect for our family of 5 with all adult children. The amenities were first class to include some chocolate chip cookies.
