We had a wonderful long weekend in the Waterline. We were able to walk everywhere - shops, restaurants, galleries - from the fabulous location on Bearskin Neck in Rockport. Matt, our host, left nothing out. The apartment was well designed and equipped with our every need. We will definitely return!

Shades and Curtains didn’t completely block some of the windows.The stall shower is minimum size and not very comfortable for me or my wife.The bathroom sink drain drained slowly for higher volume water.Beds were comfortable.Tv was somewhat complicated to use.I’m used to turning on a tv and turn to the regular channels immediately.The rest of the accommodation was fine for an old seaport house.

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and the location was fantastic! We could walk to everything in town. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner works well, but is located in one bedroom, which makes it not as comfortable for the people staying in the second bedroom.

What a treat. Perfect location to pretty much everything. Food, shops, and beautiful views. Parking is tricky, but we figured it out and did just fine. As an added bonus a film crew was building a film set directly in front of our unit. We even had the crew walk in on us one evening. They told us our unit was to be in the film

Spring stay at the Waterline

The apartment was as described: great location, comfortable furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds...and tiny bathroom. Matt, the owner, was cheerful and quick to help when a couple of minor things needed fixing. It was late April, so many shops on Bearskin Neck hadn't opened for the season, but not a problem for us as this was not our first out-of-season visit to the area. The owner was doing some construction on the deck above our outside sitting area but it was just a slight inconvenience. The lack of a dedicated parking space might be more of an problem in the height of the season; we had no problem parking nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay here and recommend it highly.

Fabulous Place and Ideal Rockport Location!

My husband and I had a fabulous time on our short visit to Rockport largely because of Matt’s wonderful home! Pictures portrayed the home perfectly, it was delightfully clean, stocked and well kept and importantly only a short walk from the quaint Rockport shops, art studios, Motif 1 and the Rockport Harbor. He was easy to communicate with (very prompt). Parking was a little tricky but we were prepared and it easy to unload at the house, then my husband had only a 5-10 minute walk to find free parking. Because everything was so close, we only used our car once to drive to Halibut Point park (a must see!) one evening. Otherwise, it was easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. We are very happy with our accommodations and would love to stay here again when we return, as we surely will!!

Really fell in love with this place. Great location, can walk everywhere. We had everything we needed and more. Accommodations were awesome, very nicely decorated and stocked with everything needed to cook. Highly recommend for romantic getaway or room for small family.

Very clean and short walk to everything

The house was very clean and centrally located in the middle of everything. The host was quick to respond to messages and very friendly. Such a cute and quaint little town and the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Rockport
