The property is located near freeways; staff was very friendly. The breakfast they serve is really good and everything was very clean. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Close to downtown SJC, clean room, great front desk staff, surprisingly not too noisy despite being right next to the freeway. Water bottle filling station in lobby which I love. Starbucks very close-walkable.

Need a more defined ENTRANCE from the street!

It was very difficult to find the actual entrance and there is no large lighted signage to help either. Just an immediate right turn into what looks like a small vacant fenced building lot. Other than this, everything else was fine.
