The manager was great. He was helpful with parking. As the info on the property said available parking. We were also told there was free parking in the lot across the street which was not true. There is free street parking but almost impossible to get. The furnishings in the apartment were disappointing as there is no table and not even a night stand next to the bed. It would be nice if they had a bar up somewhere to hang your clothes. There are a lot of restaurants in the area. The beach is about 5-6 minute walk but no chairs available. So chairs to take and use from the apartment could be an added bonus. All in all the apartment was ok for the price. I would probably spend a little more and upgrade next time. The extra big rain shower head only helped to make us have almost good water pressure. I will say the manager, Jose was very responsive and helpful. All in all if they could add a couple things as I said it would make a big difference. Finally, do not bother to rent a car unless you are traveling far as no parking hardly anywhere. Uber is fast and inexpensive.

Nightmare stay!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
We had to leave the property after one night. The property is located over a veterinary clinic. There were no washcloths, my daughter woke up with ants all over her, there was no hair dryer but a dirty hair drying brush with someone else’s hair in it and an already used bar of soap in the shower. The air conditioning had to be turned on with plyers. There were holes in the walls and no baseboards. The parking was a nightmare and there was only one spot for the guest. We offered to pay for the one night but the owner refused to refund our money for the other 2 nights through hotels.com that we did not stay there so we are having to dispute this through our credit card.

Excelente, muy limpio y cómodo. Creo que deberían agregarle algunas amenidades como por ejemplo, una cafetera y una plancha para la comodidad del huésped, pero fuera de eso, esta en un lugar super centrico, cerca de la playa y del viejo San Juan, hay un market 24 horas abierto al lado, el anfitrión es súper agradable, tiene buena comunicación con los huésped y esta a disposición de lo que necesitamos. En conclusión, si volveria a isla verde, podria quedarme aqui otra vez!

I really enjoyed staying here! Close to everything! I would recommend a microwave and ice for guests since it is an apt with no kitchen! I def recommend to stay here! Jose was a great help!
