What a great little place
Although this place is away from the main tourist area, i feel like it couldn't have been better. There are local restaurants within walking distance. A little local grocery near by. The neighborhood felt safe to walk in even after dark. Everything was VERY clean and in order. Very comfortable. We had a little issue with figuring out the hot water, but when i reached out to the property owner, it was taken care of IMMEDIATELY. I would definitely stay at this property again. 5 stars all the way!

Honestly was the best little home in San Juan, the housekeepers were the best and the property owners! I highly recommend staying here. Very clean and tbh was big enough for 5 people

Clean cozy stay not far from nightlife. Definitely recommend renting a car for next time Uber is very expensive and takes a long time to arrive. Would stay again though thank you

I had a great time there the rental was clean and comfortable. Had a slight hiccup checking in called the host and she had someone meet us to help which was great. Will definitely be staying there again.

Give or take!
The property was very nice and clean! The bedrooms are spacious and the beds we’re comfortable as well! The kitchen could be upgraded soon especially the stove! The living space seating is limited but was very comfortable! The bathroom is not spacious one person at a time and the hot water works but not like it would if you were at your own home or Hotel! Once we got in we felt very safe but I was concerned that it was not an additional way to exit the space in case of an emergency fire or anything like that. It was a comfortable environment and the Beautiful Host Assistant was Very Nice and Helpful! ❤️

Stay at hotel or resort when you visit San Juan!
No hot water. Had to boil water in a pot to wash dishes. There was no dish detergent, sponge, or paper towels. We had to buy our own. Showering was a joke. No water pressure and water was Luke warm at best, with the aid of some kind of apparatus that linked the shower head to the ceiling light. Bathroom is tiny. No room for anything but a toothbrush. Sofa was small, cheap, and noisy. It's the only place to sit.... sucks when there's 4 people in your party. Went to open the oven and the door facing fell off. When I reported it, I was told the owner was aware. They'd put tape on it in hopes it would hold until they purchased a new one. There's no glass windows, so every outside noise is an inside noise. So when birds began chirping every evening, it was so loud that it was as though we were in a forest. We had to turn the television volume to 65 to enable us to hear. Basically, it was the same during the day, except it was barking dogs. And lastly, the neighborhood is not very desirable. Wish I could upload pictures, because their pictures are misleading.
