This three-bedroom, two-bath condo for rent in the San Juan area boasts an ocean view and impressive amenities. Located at the beach front end of the Aquatika condo complex, this vacation home offers excellent accommodations and sleeps up to 8 guests.

Step out onto the glass-front balcony to see the ocean and main pool, both of which are just steps away. Swim in the many pools including a 'Rio Loco,' or Crazy River, lounge in the club house entertainment area, play tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, or mini golf.

Need a break from all the sun? Well, relax in this clean, contemporary condo with stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV's in all rooms; cable television, free WiFi; read or play a board game!

Our on-site manager or his designee will meet you at a pre-arranged location and let you follow him to our unit where he will take a few minutes to familiarize you to the unit, the fabulous condo complex and the location of the 2 assigned parking spaces. You will receive a parking pass, the keys to the unit and beach gate, individual pool bracelets, our WiFi password, and our on-site manager's contact information - in case of emergencies. You are then free to settle in, pour yourself a cool drink, have a seat on the balcony, and make yourself at home!

Be sure to take advantage of all the excellent amenities at Aquatika while admiring the beautiful beach; gorgeous palm trees and lush landscape.

Throughout the complex, you will find multiple pools - including a “Rio Loco” or crazy river, water slides, water falls, clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball court, mini golf, jacuzzi and several play areas for the little ones.

A vacation condo with living and dining areas, a kitchen, laundry room, private bedrooms, and a balcony provides more space at considerable less cost than a cramped hotel room. What a bargain!

Please be advised - Due to association rules, all guests allowed in the complex must be pre-registered and have a bracelet (need be included in your total guest count on your booking). No unregistered guests / visitors will be allowed, even if not using the pools. Guests are required to follow all condominium association rules and local laws. Any fines incurred during your stay will be the responsibility of the renter.

Please note that Puerto Rico, a Caribbean island, is vulnerable to hurricanes, tropical storms, droughts, water rationing and power outages. Before you plan travel, be sure to familiarize yourself with Puerto Rico’s climate so you’ll know what to expect.

Wonderful place to stay. Nice beach, clean warm pools and hot tub. Condo was in great shape with plenty of room and had a nice outdoor sitting area. Great place to sit and have morning coffee. JC did a wonderful job and met us at the front gate to see us in when we arrived. He showed us around and gave us some good ideas for attractions and restaurants. This condo had everything we needed from jitchen supply to beach play toys. The beach was great nice and quiet. The pools were amazing, nice and warm. The lazy river was closed so we didnt experience that but the slide was nice for the kids. Juan Carlos was great, gave us a lot of information and made check in easy.

Laura (owner) and JC (property manager) were wonderful throughout the booking, check-in and check-out. The property had everything you could need in visiting PR. Beautiful, quiet area

Enjoyed the pools, beach area and the quiet mornings all with a gentle sea breeze most days. We came for a wedding and enjoyed our time. JC, manager, met us at the gate upon arrival at 2am to get us checked in and to our location. Fantastic service and made our welcome feel great after a long day of traveling. Everything in the condo was as expected and no issues all week (other than power but it's Puerto Rico so met expectations, only 1 in 10 days without).

Great home base for exploring the island

We spent 10 days exploring Puerto Rico using Aquatika as our home base. The complex was clean and secure with good lighting and friendly staff. The unit was clean and well-appointed. The owners were super nice and provided us with great recommendations for local places to eat. Checking in and checking out was painless and easy. This was a great location and we felt like we had plenty of room for the 5 of us.Our only complaint about the complex was that the lazy river was closed, the hot tubs were not hot, and there were no working jets. Small issues for what was an amazing 10 days in tropical paradise. I would recommend this location for anyone looking to spend time in Puerto Rico. It is close enough to San Juan and other attractions without being too close to the big city.

Wonderful condo

Stayed here with my family for spring break . This condo is such a value for the money . It is truly just steps to the beach or pool of your choice . The beach is very private, and feels safe. There are plenty of shady places too which is uncommon. The condo itself has very comfortable furniture, and the beds are firm but very nice. The balcony is very spacious, and has seating for at least 10 people if needed . Balcony overlooks the ocean and warm pool. Aquatika is a pretty large complex. When we visited the lazy river was empty and under construction. All other pools were open and very clean. All water features , including the water slide, only run at certain time on Saturday and Sunday. The complex is very quiet during the week and is a lot busier on the weekend. Our unit was equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs , beach towels, balls for volleyball, and basketball . Tennis supplies are included as well . They have thought of everything . The area of LoĂ­za is not a real tourist area and you will definitely want to get groceries . We found that even a lot of local options were only open limited hours and weekends only. There is a Walmart 15 min away, and a little convenience store immediately outside the complex. We personally did a grocery pick up, and hit that convenience store when needed. Loiza is a perfect location to see El Yunque, Fajardi, Luquilllo, and San Juan . I highly recommend this unit and Aquatika.

Annual Girls Trip

The complex was well keep, with the exception of the beach area. The unit was sufficient and clean, but could use new/better mattresses. We had a fabulous time, but you are looking for lots of dining options and a “resort” experience this is not the place to stay. That being said the little beach bar next door has fabulous food, but is only open Saturday and Sunday.

Amazing Stay in The Island of Enchantment

We had a wonderful stay in AquĂĄtika thanks to JC and his incredible hospitality. He met us at the location even after our flight was delayed and we arrived later in the night then expected. JC showed us around the property and gave us local places to check out. The condo was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 5. It even provided beach towels, toys, and chairs for us to use. The pool is right outside and made for a great place to start and end the day. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Puerto Rico.

Perfectly located condo within the complex!

Communication with Laura, the owner, was outstanding! Juan Carlos, Laura's property manager in Puerto Rico, met us to let us into the unit. He had come earlier in the day to turn on the ACs to cool down the unit. My daughter (also staying in Aquatika but renting from someone else) was not as lucky - she had a difficult time finding her unit in the dark and it was HOT upon her arrival. Juan Carlos was welcoming, helped with our luggage, made sure we were comfortable and even texted dining suggestions. He is a treasure!! He truly made the difference! The property itself was well-maintained, offered a comfortable stay (beds and pillows A), and was located near the beach and pools.The gated community felt safe and provided a peaceful environment. However, it’s important to note that the area outside the community is run-down, with limited walkable access to restaurants or stores. If you plan to stay here, having a car or arranging transportation is essential. Overall, it was a great stay within the gates, but the surrounding area may not be for everyone.

Excellent location - very well appointed.

Perfect location to explore Puerto Rico. 1 hr. to Old San Juan, 30 mins. to El Yunque National Forest. The resort is right on the beach and 7402 overlooks the pool.The unit has everything we needed to stay a month.Shopping is not far. There is a Walmart about 20 min. drive, but we found everthing we needed much closer at Ralph's, Econo, and the huge FamCoop store east on Hwy. 3.This is a family resort and would not support loud partying. We really appreciated the quiet time.Believe them when they say you need to keep your wristband on. It is enforced, but a very minor inconvenience.

Perfect family vacation spot

This was our first family vacation and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The check in process with Juan was so smooth as he helped us get into our condo. He was also available w/ a few questions we had. The location of the pool and beach to condo was so convenient. We appreciated all the amenities the condo provided including a full kitchen, beach toys and games. We are going to miss having meals out on the balcony and the Puerto Rico weather but hope to someday come back. Thanks Laura for having us! You have an amazing condo!

Fantastic stay.

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was great. My kids loved the beach that was just a short walk away. The pools are open late and we enjoyed swimming and the hot tub almost every night after long days of exploring the island. On site basketball and volleyball were also a hit with my family. We wanted to try out the Mini golf, but just ran out of time. Great location close to San Juan, Fajardo, El Yunque, and the airport. Very clean property and great communication with the owner. We would absolutely stay again. Thanks for the great experience.

The unit was fully equipped, beach toys, chairs, sports equipment, great kitchen. Resort is older, some outdoor showers not working, beach needs debris cleaned up. We were close to the beach and pools. Family Vacation

This was our first time going on vacation without booking an actual hotel or resort. However, this condo definitely had a resort feel. Laura, the owner, was extremely responsive whenever I messaged her and promptly answered all of my questions. Juan Carlos, the property manager, greated us at the property upon arrival and was just as friendly as he was on the phone a few days earlier. He answered all of our questions and provided us with a list of restaurants where to go in different parts of the island as this was our first time in PR as well as suggestions on what to do/visit. The grounds of the condo were beautiful, there was more pools than the kids knew what to do with and the beach was just a few steps from the condo, most of the time we went we had the beach all to ourselves which was nice. This was our first time traveling with our newborn and 2 older kids and didn't know what to expect. I must say we were pleasantly surprised. The condo was comfortable for our family of 6, and it was packed with everything you could possibly need. Everything from beach towels to beach chairs, cooler, pack & play, toys (so many toys), and floaties (even for our 2 month daughter) they thought of it all. You will definitely need to rent a car as there were no restaurants nearby. There is, however, a convenience store right outside the property gate to get any emergency items you might need. Will definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling there and will be rebooking it if w

My family loved the stay, privacy, security, access to the beach and the pool. JC was awesome explained to us where certain areas like restaurant were and stores. Overall all was great just a minor observation they should clean the bugs and leaves in the pool. Like I said it’s just a minor observation compared to the excellent service. I would definitely recommend the place and come back again. Thanks.

Great local vacation spot

The unit was the 1st building after beachfront. Could not ask for better spot. Full water view from balcony. Came with nice beach chairs and tubes. Lazy river is not a lacy river. It's just a pool shaped like one. The pool in front of the unit was heated and real nice in the evenings and open until 1am. We are a family of 5 and it worked for us. Easy commute to rain forest and to the beach east coast water taxi. We did most of the cooking at the condo. The restaurants have weird hours. The one by the river was really good. Great spot and we snorkeled on the clear days right in front of the unit.

Wonderful Family Friendly Getaway!

This condo was amazing! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with activities for the kids. They provided beach toys, soccer and basketballs, goggles, and so much more! We had a great view of one of the pools and the beach in the distance. The property manager was very helpful and friendly during our stay. This is a great place to stay for families.
