I paid for a room for two people - it said best available
Advertised -best available was between a king or queen or two full beds
They gave me a room that was not even advertised on the website
A back small room with one full bed no closets no safe and they claim they had no other rooms available
Room was completely unacceptable
If we opened both of our suitcases on the floor it was no where to walk that’s how small the room was

Hi Tamyra,We are sorry you feel this way. Best Available means any room available and is cheaper than our Full size bed room. Being you had four guest in total at least a Double Double should have been reseved, even so we did not charge the penalty for the extra guests. Please keep in mind when a specific room is desired it is best to reserve the actual room you desire. We are sure you enjoyed the pool, local beach and resaturants, night life and location. The Wind Chimes Boutique is nice. For a business traveler the lack of strong Wi-Fi and hot water is a downside. Otherwise the property is good.

This properties a false advertisement this place is dirty it smells the property looks nothing to what they have on line just a total disappointment.

Dear guest, we are very sorry to hear such claims. Our staff was more than happy to help in any way they could with addressing all concerns your party had. They went above and beyond offering deep cleaning, a chance of room, perhaps an upgrade, and for maintenance to look around. Most of these were declined as your party simply wanted to leave the property at your earliest convenience. False advertisement is a very serious and bold claim, one which our staff addressed directly and swiftly. How’s everything, in order for your stay to go swimmingly we believe staff and guests should communicate effectively. This was not the case as claims such as “false advertisement” and “not matching our online pictures” were not brought up.
