Our unit offers a spacious open concept layout with uninterrupted ocean and sunrise views from your bed or balcony: a comfortable design to enhance your perfect getaway or dream vacation. All through Isla Verde-Condado areas you can go: Kayaking, Snorkeling, Scuba diving, Jet ski, Helicopter tours, and paddle board.

Come and stay in our beautiful 650-square foot studio apartment located in Isla Verde, Carolina, Puerto Rico.

All appliances and home furniture are brand new and modern with high efficiency ratings. Washer and dryer (quarter machines) are available on the parking area of the condominium.

Conveniently situated on the elevated first floor, you can relax on the balcony and hear the beach waves roll day and night. The balcony faces East and is fully shaded by noon.

The tide shifts constantly throughout the year. Usually during the summer months, the ocean recedes to expose over 60 feet of beach sand. In winter, the waves move closer and cover half the inclined steps at the rear building access. Because of the topography, this perennial variety of ocean views is a unique feature in this unit! Pine groove beach is just steps away from the apartment.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Plan your luxurious vacation and travel to the best beaches in Puerto Rico. You will be within walking distance of Pine Grove Beach, Carolina Beach, Playa Isla Verde, and Balneario Isla Verde (Playa el Alambique / Hobie beach). Watersport equipment rentals, umbrellas, and the food and beverage merchants are widely available at all these beaches.

Our unit has one assigned compact car parking that is visible from the balcony. If you plan to rideshare, we are just 5 minutes away from San Juan International Airport; 15 minutes away from the Condado area; and just 20 minutes away from Old San Juan. The apartment is fully renovated and has excellent cross-ventilation.

Please use the air conditioner responsibly. While a brief power outage is common in Puerto Rico, the appliances are protected from spikes in electricity.

The building perimeter has LED lighting and 24-hour security surveillance cameras. The surrounding area uses red lights at night, so as not to disturb our sea turtles that come to nest on the beach. Please do not disturb sea turtles or their nests and clean up after you leave the beach.

Our building is located at the beginning of the Isla Verde strip, walking distance to full-service restaurants, trendy bars, and nightlife, which includes both vibrant local nightclubs and hotel attractions.

Our stay was great. The room was very clean and just as advertised. The balcony was awesome with a great view of the ocean. It was the perfect place to unwind. Beach was just a short walk away, as were many restaurants and a grocery store. We didn't rent a car but there is a designated parking space for those who do. The host was very responsive and the instructions to get the key and get into the room were great and easy to follow with step by step pictures. The area was very quiet and felt very safe. I would highly recommend this property.

Nice location, beach view, short walk to beach with chair and umbrella rentals. Clean and nicely furnished. Unfortunately the owner was dealing with an overhead water leak so there were wet floors and dripping. The owner said action would be taken soon.

Not as updated as pictures and descriptions indicate. It also was not very clean. Would not stay there again. My partner told me if I brought them there on our honeymoon they would divorce me. Owner was responsive.

We had a great trip! The room was right on the beach with direct access. We had a parking spot for our rental car, and it felt like a safe neighborhood. The water was a beautiful emerald color with super soft sand. We didn't see any jellyfish, sharks, or any other dangerous fish to worry about. We drove to Old San Juan a couple evenings and it was a short 20ish minute drive. There were several great restaurants there.

lovely beach retreat

My daughter and I really enjoyed being on the beach and listening to the waves from the balcony. The condo is pleasant, clean, nicely appointed, comfortable, and clever in its use of space. I was a little worried about noise from the airport, given its proximity, but this was a total non issue.

Great location for an Isla Verde property

The property was in a great location, with just steps to the beach. Also, great spot if you want to do a couple days on the beach, drive to Old San Juan and visit the rain forest side of the island. Very clean and has all the amenities as explained in the listing. If you are looking to stay in PR for the first time and you plan to rent a car, we highly recommend renting a compact car as roads are narrow and parking spots are tight

Perfect place to be by the beach

5 stars for this property! It is just as described. Modern, very clean, a few steps away from the ocean. Quiet and with direct access to the beach. Neighborhood is safe, very close to restaurants and bars. Janisse is an excellent host.

The apt inside was really nice, JUST like pics, the island overral was OK, the apt building itself was a 5 outta 10 scale , a lil old and run down but the apt was remodeled and righ acros from beach. Idont think i would go back to PR at all myself but if u do and want something not too expensive this place is the best !

Modern and clean

It felt like we were living like a local. The unit appears to have been recently renovated and is located away from some of the bigger hotels. It felt very clean and modern. They have used limited space wisely. They had a coffee maker, coffee, and sugar available; which I enjoyed every morning. The beach feels private and not as crowded as some of the nearby hotels. We enjoyed several long walks on the beach. The unit faces the sunrise. You can easily walk a short route and see the sunset. It's a little close to the airport and you can hear planes taking off. It wasn't a problem at all and you get used to it. There were several restaurants within walking distance close by. Uber was also available if you wanted to go further. A parking space was available for our rental car. The parking spaces are very small. It wasn't easy to park but we got used to it after a couple of days. We made several trips to Old San Juan (about 7 miles away). The whole build is extremely well locked up (make sure you don't lose your remote and keys). One other renter noted the lockboxes aren't marked. We tried the access code on 7 or 8 lockboxes until it worked. It would be helpful if the lock box was marked with a reference number or code. We had a question at one point and the owner contacted us by email and phone call immediately. We really appreciated that. The bottom line, we truly enjoyed the facilities, and we would love to stay there again.

Just as advertised

A quaint condo that presents itself just as advertised in the listing. Appears to have been recently renovated and modernized. The unit was very clean and offered some nice touches such as bottled water for your arrival and even beach towels and chairs. The chairs are kept by the assigned parking spot. The view from the unit is very relaxing and given that you are almost on your own little section of beach it is quiet. We did not have any issues at all so the only communication with the owner was during check in to get the access which was timely and detailed. The only suggestion that I would make is that there are a lot of lock boxes on the gate that the key box be identified some way. The third lockbox we tried was successful. The location is quiet overall and is walking distance to various restaurants, hotels, and bars. My wife and I did walk on several occasions and felt safe. Uber can pick up right in front of eth building and is recommended if you head the short ride into old San Juan. We did enjoy ourselves tremendously and thank you for hosting.

Both my fiance and I loved the property. I love the fact that the beach is right outside the back door of the building. I definitely will be back to rent this property again in Puerto Rico. I appreciate the hosts and their quick responses during check-in.

What a gem!

This condo is just beautiful and is just as described and depicted in the photos with a gorgeous view and easy access to the beach. It was super clean with brand new fixtures, super comfortable bed and creative, relaxing interior. Janisse was accessible, kind, helpful and very hospitable and made our stay exceptional. I did not want to leave and definitely plan on returning here.
