We had a great time in Puerto Rico. The cupboards of this unit were well-stocked. Nice views of the beach, local community and the airport. Convenient on-site parking. Unfortunately, the pool is still not renovated as of our visit last year. Easy access to the beach.

Beautiful studio

Me and my friend loved staying at this beautiful studio. Our host was nice and let us check in a little earlier. Good location, restaurants bars, coffee places are in a walking distance. Also grocery store just 10 min away walking. Amazing view from the balcony and reasonable price. Just book it!

Beach get away

ESJ Towers is at a great location. It''s on the beach. There are vendors renting lounger chairs and umbrellas at a very reasonable cost. Also a food vendor with some local treats, like a Pina Colada inside the Pina (Pineapple). In the evening you can walk to get a bit to eat. Or you can Uber to Pinones where you will find a lot of local delicious food and drinks. Must say if you are OK with the building being worked on for renovations and no pool on your stay than this is a great place for you.

Wonderful Location and View

Our stay at the Beautiful Studio + Wi-Fi + private parking in ESJ Towers Condominium was excellent. The space is bright and clean. The view from the condo incredible and the condo is close to both the beach and the main drive with restaurants and stores. The AC was quiet and worked so well that we often had to turn it down once it cooled off the condo. The kitchen is quite basic, but we didn't cook much. My only quibbles would be the plastic on the bed that made it impossible to sleep on because the sheets would not stay in place and the loud squeaking when the balcony door is opened. Otherwise, the condo exceeded our expectations.

Can’t wait to come back!

My family and I had such an amazing stay here! The view from the room is gorgeous and the direct beach access is outstanding! The kitchen was fully stocked with not only appliances, dishes, etc. but also with spices and beer in the fridge. I personally used the gym daily and it was very clean and never crowded. The only down fall was that the pool was closed. We were very sad to leave and cannot wait to be back!

Unit was perfect, building has problems

Marco is an excellent host and his unit is clean and well maintained as advertised. The bed was comfortable, TV new and had all the streaming services. Kitchen is clean and had everything we needed to store a few days worth of drinks and groceries.The balcony is the best part of the unit and gave us a great view of the ocean and the neighborhood. This was my 5th time staying at ESJ Towers or ESJ Mare or Mare St. Clare or Azul as it has been known over the last 25 years or so. Power went out twice for a short period of time. On Saturday, we received 3 different notifications that the building water would be shut off for 4 hour increments. 2 of the elevators were not working. We got on one elevator from the parking garage and heard water rushing. The elevator rose up to floor 12 and then an alarm went off and the elevator started rapidly descending back to the lobby with the alarm blaring. A little scary. The elevator door opened at the lobby and water was rushing out of the elevator next to us. Literally the elevator and lobby was being flooded. The water shut down notifications were before this elevator flooded. But that flood shut down the elevators on our side of the building. A little inconvenient to walk to the other side of the building for the rest of my stay, but not a deal breaker. We understood the pool would not be open, but it was missed. I hope the building is working on modernizing the infrastructure and pool area for the future.

Bites all over Legs and Arms

I was bitten by bugs all over my legs, arms and back Owner denies there are bedbugs and argues maybe it was from the beach or mosquitos or somewhere else. Well I didn’t lay out on the beach bc it was too hot for me, I k ow what mosquito bites look like and these weren’t it. I looked up what bed big bits look like and that’s what my bites looked just like. I complained to the ow er but he just argued that they changed the sheets etc. I sent pictures of the bites all over me that are now leaving scars. I would have left but the flight was too expensive. I plan to pursue a damages claim for a ruined vacation, pain, suffering, embarrassment and scars left on my body.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

Everything was as expected, clean, comfy, easy access to the beach, parking included, everyone was so pleasant and so close to everything. Can't get any better than that. We even went jet skiing which was amazing!!
