The Boathouse offers equipment and gear for lake adventures and activities, including biking, fishing, kayaking and more. Gracias for your interest in my home. My villa is not part of the hotel. Instead, it’s an independent structure within the campus. While the campus - as outlined below - offers a multitude of amenities, the hotel offers similar amenities. As a residential golf community, the villa is both minimalistic and modern in architecture. Beautifully Villa at St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort consists of three bedrooms, with three full bathrooms. With approximately 2,289 square feet of covered AC space, +600 sqft of outdoor terraces, in addition to +1,200 sqft of lawn, the villa helps to fulfill more comfort than a hotel room.

Beautifully Villa, an impeccably designed modern beachfront luxury villa located in Puerto Rico’s most exclusive residential community, The St Regis Hotel and Resort (five-star), is enclaved in the privacy of ~483 acres of lush Audubon-certified maritime forest and gardens. This terraced villa is on the ground floor of Las Ventanas I, an exclusive garden-front residency situated only walk-out steps away from the beach and pool. Beautifully Villa guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities, which include the Beach Club, Golf Club, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, Gym, Tennis Club, Lakehouse with water sports, and 483 acres of gated pristine maritime forest. Beautifully Villa is part of the Calypso Villas Refined Luxury Rental Program, which includes a dedicated concierge for the duration of the reservation. This in addition to the concierge team offered by the resort

IN PERSON CHECK-IN REQUIRED: The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present during check-in and will be required to present an ID that matches the name on the reservation. Check-in times are Monday through Sunday 5 pm to 8 pm. Arrivals outside of this time must be consulted with us. Every effort will be made to show flexibility.

Golf cart rental is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Four-seater golf carts are $65 per day while six-seater are $85. Each guest can secure the golf cart rental with me. Also, we offer airport transportation for one to eleven passengers. In the case you rent a vehicle, you will have two parking spots offered at no cost.

Resort Fees
Mandatory resort fees are $195 plus IVU (11.5%) per day per group of guests assigned to the villa. This cost is independent to the nightly rate. Note that only guests assigned to the villa will be granted resort passes and as a result have access to the resort grounds. Guests are not permitted to have visitors. Note: the resort reserves the right o alter their pricing for the passes. I, as owner, do not have any control. That said, I will be sure to inform you of any changes that I am presented with. Should the case be the price increased, the guest will be responsible for the difference in fare.

Important Information for All Guests:
Please be aware that the St. Regis Hotel pool area (separate from the Bahia Beach Resort amenities) is not accessible to all guests. Additionally, restaurant reservations at the St. Regis may be limited when the hotel reaches full capacity.

However, as a guest, you will still enjoy full access to three exclusive members-only pools, beautiful private beaches, and dedicated restaurants reserved for members and residents of the resort.

These policies are established by the St. Regis Hotel and apply to all properties within Bahia Beach. If you receive conflicting information, it may not reflect the current official resort guidelines.

As your host, and/or owner of the villa, i do not make myself responsable for unexpected interruption of services. This includes, but is not limited to: WiFi. live TV, electricity, and water. Also, the weather. Thankfully, all my villas at the St. Regis Bahia Beach have a power generator. If the power is ever interrupted, the downtime is less than 35 seconds. In addition, we have both Liberty Cable and Verizon in all our villas at the St. Regis Bahia Beach. This is a precautionary measure that I have found to be useful.

Wi-Fi Notice:
Please note that the third bedroom, located at the farthest end of the unit, does not receive the same Wi-Fi signal strength as the rest of the apartment. Guests who require strong connectivity for streaming or work may prefer to use the main living areas, or the other two bedrooms where the signal is strongest. Thank you for your understanding, as Wi-Fi coverage in that particular room is beyond my direct control.
