This charming beach house sits just 200ft. away from the beach, inside the coveted Solimar gated community with great amenities, recently remodeled pool, kids playground, basket ball and volley ball courses, 24/7 security guard. Living space distributed over 2 floors. 1st floor features a spacious covered terrace ideal for outdoor gathering with family and friends, enjoying the fresh ocean breeze, relaxing in hammocks; the terrace connects with a tropical garden and variety of fruit trees. For your convenience a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, laundry area, 1 half bath, dining and family room. The upstairs offers 2 bedrooms sharing 1 full bath. Private and visitor parking are available. A $25 one time fee per car per stay is collected by the community security guard at your check in.
