We foresee the spacious and elegantly designed, three-one-property being a big hit with families looking for a five-star vacation home close to the beach, as well as some of the most popular Puerto Rico destinations like, El Yunque rainforest, Luquillo kiosks and you can go horseback riding or jet skiing

We are delighted to offer a residential home in Luquillo Puerto Rico
Casa Emerald, by the beach offers a highly individualized style of vacationing, including walking distance to luquillo beach, café bars, great restaurants, in a tranquil Beach-side neighborhood.

We foresee the new, spacious and elegantly designed, three bedrooms-one bath-property being a big hit with families looking for a five-star vacation home, close to the beach, as well as some of the most popular Puerto Rico destinations like, El Yunque rainforest, Luquillo kiosks where are you can horseback riding or jet skiing.

You are literally walking distance to a gorgeous and spectacular beach with an excellent choice of restaurants as well as a few places to grab a nice cold drink while you are enjoying the beach . We have a Beach cart with beach chairs and towels for you to take your 7 to 10 minutes stroll-walk to the beach..

You will typically find a few horses grazing in the huge lot across the street from the house. We do not recommend petting however, they are beautiful to take pictures of..
This is Puerto Rico, and being so close to the beach. You will find several stray cats that love to be petted, and if cats are not your thing, just ignore and keep going. .đŸ‡”đŸ‡·đŸ˜Žâ€ïžđŸ–ïž

24 hour security cameras outside. House allows private parking for two vehicles directly across the street in front of the home.
Other things to note
We decided to permanently move and purchase a home here in Puerto Rico. Our goal is to have our guest enjoy this home as much as we do feeling relaxed, settled, and comfortable as if they were in their own home.

If you are looking for a place to party, with loud music, this is not the place. Parties are not accepted
 if police are called, you will need to vacate immediately!

Great stay in lovely location

We had a lovely stay with Vincent and team! They took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was the perfect size for our family and two kiddos. We loved that we could walk to get food, see the beach, and were a quick drive from the rainforest and swimming beaches. We would recommend staying here to friends!
