You’ll love my place! My place is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Also, if you are coming from far to attend social events you can stay in our rental that is close to many amenities.

The apartment is located beside the Cosmopolitan Condo and close to the Condado Lagoon. The rental is in a 2nd floor where you can see the Condado Lagoon from the secure balcony. The apartment is fully furnished, spacious living and dining room, kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The apartment has a balcony and reserved parking. A/C unit are in each bedrooms. You can't get a better location.n until Bayamon.

This place is so not worth the charge!!! We arrived at 3:3pm for a 4pm checkin. One of the rooms was in the middle of being painted. We only received enough towels for each and no extras. No blankets, had to go by some. No windows and we were rudely awakened. Had no hot water and the response I got was “well this is Puerto Rico”! Water stopped flowing on our last night and the restroom had some small bugs on the sink. Asked for an iron and ironing board. First iron didn’t work, second one leaked and the iron board was broke! There were no trash bags and no complimentary cooking amenities to use. It was a terrible stay for the price we are paying. First time using Vrbo! Never again!!!

Do not stay at this dump, being a nice host doesn’t make up for false advertising and I took my own pictures to prove it. Me and my friends didn’t leave because we couldn’t afford to go anywhere else and really deserves full refund. The place was old and not cleaned we wore shoes or socks the entire stay, had 2 washcloths for four guest but he didn’t know it ended up 3 of us, the hanging bath towels looked used, used bars of soap from prior guest, a old dirty green tub from back in the day without a knob to turn on water that had no pressure anyway cold, we couldn’t shower the entire stay, beds with only sheets no nice covers as displayed, no seating on the so call balcony as displayed, no coffee pot, opened bagged ice, the AC in the back bedroom only worked in the morning, it was possibly on a timer that I couldn’t fix but I was uncomfortable and hot all night. The entry in and out was definitely a fire hazard, if one of us went out you had to lock the aluminum entry door, yes aluminum to the apartment and another door downstairs to outside, one of my friends took the key to go find coffee and we was lock-in until she returned because you can’t get in or out the main entry without keys nor was it safe to leave it unlocked. I say NO to this place the host is racking up money and not investing in his property. I’ve warned you don’t do it, I will request a full refund for false advertising, the pictures of the outside views is misleading too.

I am shocked you allow pictures of properties that are not even close to actual property. We had trouble with lights owner had to bring a coffee maker. There was no outside furniture as listed. We were woken up by a massive generator next door that didn’t even supply power to our unit and we had no electricity first night. That fact that VRBO allows false pictures and then calls them a “premier host” tells me they don’t care. And yes we tried contacting VRBO for options and it was a useless attempt

I was surprised by the size of the location. It is in walking distance to popular spots. If you're not afraid to walk a little. Manager is very nice as well.
