The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Outstanding ocean views! Reception and housekeeping staff were great. Pool bar staff were sometimes inattentive (or too busy) but made great drinks.

Room was in good condition. In-room coffee was not great. The pool area seems too small for the size of the hotel. Very difficult to get a chair and many guests saved spots with their belongings from early in the AM and then the chairs sat empty much of the day. Though hotel bills itself as "adults only" there were several days with screaming children at breakfast. The tuna tacos were amazing!

Wonderful room. We had one of the 6 or so 3rd floor waterfront balconies. Cleaning was perfect. Food at brekfast is great. Bar and restaurant service a little uneven. Front desk was great when we checked in, checked out and changed to the third floor room. We walked to few bars. Short wait for an uber to more distant destinations. Santurce close, old San Juan a little further

The workers were very friendly and polite! Amazing views from the room. Nice area to walk around outside the hotel if you want to explore different eateries and has a Walgreens right down the road! We even did a delivery from Walmart!
