Place is in a great area less than 5 minute walk to La Placita and 10 min walk to the beach. Living room/kitchen area is on the smaller side but was as we expected based on the pictures. We had 4 of us staying there and it was perfect. Also very secure with multiple locked gates.

Spring break stay

Perfect location!! Just a walk away from the beach and La Placita. Very clean and there was enough room for 9 people to live comfortably. Not a full kitchen but you are still able to cook, the code on the door is frustrating but by the end of the week we had it down. Overall great stay, thank you!!

This house had a water issue. I wasn’t notified until 30 mins before check in when I contacted the host to get a code to get in. We were unable to stay there and ended up somewhere else.

The original address given was not the same when the check in information occurred. This caused confusion and lack of communication during the attempt to clarify. The apartment is up several flights of stairs, and did not have basic items for the amount of people it can accommodate (only 2 coffee cups, no bathroom mats, no iron). The location was walkable to La Placita and a great restaurant down the road.
