The apartment was in a great area -- walking distance to La Placita and a few beaches, as well as a quick taxi from Old San Juan. While the kitchen equipment was a bit bare-bones and there were not very many towels, it was perfect for a short stay, as we spent most of our time exploring San Juan. The apartment was very clean, and the rooms were above-average! They each had nicely sized beds, mounted TVs, and storage for our clothing. Having three bathrooms was also a major plus! Would recommend staying here for anyone visiting San Juan!

The apt was very clean, the beds were comfy. It was in a nice part of town. Within walking distance of grocery, and other immensities. We did expect to have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, wash cloths, hand soap and hand towels in each bathroom - as well as the bath towels that were provided in each bedroom, but only 1 bathroom had shampoo & body wash, and 1 had hand soap, but we made it work.

Nice owner, clean, comfortable, great location

Easy, quick communication with owner. The flat had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Location was great - walkable to nightlife in one direction and in the other to supermarket and restaurants. Easy to park a car if you have one like we did. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location!

Jose was a great host! The place was very clean and the location was perfect - the beach, restaurants, and clubs were all in walking distance. Car share rides were able to find the location as well. We had a late flight back and we were able to store our luggages upon request. Would book again when we come back.

First of all the address on Vrbo is not the address of the house. That was not clear in any of the communications. I had to call him the day before we left to get a code to get in the door. We booked for eight people and when we got there, we had six towels and two hand towels for two days after reaching out to him several times, I had to go upstairs to another apartment to get us towels, so we each had one towel to get us by for two days.

The location was great! Near walking distance to grocery store and restaurants.The host, Jose was responding to us within an hour or less.The 4 bedroom was great for our group.Note, there is no actual stove/oven, but a hot plate and very larg airfrier. Would great!The front door to unit jammed up, luckily there was another door for entry/exit Also, I suggest contacting host to verify the address, for the first address given to us was incorrect.Overall we would stay again.
