When you arrive at Marbella del Caribe Este (East) building, buzz the security desk at the front gate or at the locked garage entry and let the guard know you are there to check in and access the Visitor Parking Lot. There is also a few free street parking.

You`re across the street from Walgreen/CVS, charming eateries, cafes, and fast-food restaurants. You can walk to grocery stores and walk back or Uber home with your fresh food or Uber Eat to the front of the building. Building has security cameras in common areas. There no cameras inside the condo.

We manage a large collection of properties in this same building and have a dedicated team on-site during regular working hours to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for all our guests. All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.

Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet

Great property! Beatrice was very easy to get in contact from the very beginning. I had a question prior to booking this condo, and she got back to me right away. The condo was clean with modern accents. Very well taken care of! During the tropical storm Ernesto, the team reached out to me to give me some recommendations. Will deff stay here again.

Great apartment.... immaculate..... great dinnerware, flatware and glasses. Also came with some food supplies. After staying in an apartment in Marbella del Caribe Ouest, which was terrible, this was such a pleasure to be here . The manager Beatrice Cautino and her assistant Diana was very responsive to any request. Renting this apartment again next year.
