This hotel was the worst I have been in my whole life. The hotel had no elevator, and they had put Me on the third floor going on a cruise with luggages I had to bring my own luggages upstairs and it was six of us you can imagine. The area was very ghetto, lot of noise, bug beds etc. don’t recommend this hotel to any human beings.

Hi Junia, we apologize that your stay was not as expected. We are a small family hotel outside the tourist area, near the University of Puerto Rico, one of the best Universities of the island.We do not have elevator and that is specify in the page. San Juan is a crowded city because most of the people lives in San Juan.We do not have bed bugs and all of our mattress are new and have a protector. Sorry

Our group was going on a cruise we had a few luggage’s there was no elevator to carry our luggage’s we had to bring them up to the third floor ourselves. The neighborhood was ghetto very filthy, the rooms were filthy no hot water etc will not consider anyone to go there.

Hi Junia: Thanks for your visit. We apologized that we do not have elevator, and that is specify in our web page. We are three blocks away from the University of Puerto Rico, the best university of Puerto Rico. We have hot water you have to try both side. We provide a document at check in that explain everything you must know to solve things like that. Our rooms are clean, and disinfect. We put the fogger to disinfect for the covid. Sorry that you dislike our property even that is a budget hotel,

It was clean, air conditioner worked, there was hot water and a good flow of water, they did have soap dispenser. Indoor safety was good. Codes and keys to get in. Sorry to say they do need an upgrade on the sheets and covers. TV service was down, and they could not fix. Staff Luis was friendly and helpful.

This is a budget hotel so it was what I expected for the price. No frills, just a place to lay our heads and shower. At this price I only expect it to be clean and everything in good working order, and it was. Short walk to a wonderful breakfast spot: Arrope My only complaint would be that it is a little noisy there and i am a light sleeper. No parties or anything, just that you can hear everything from the hallways. My daughter is a heavy sleeper and slept through the night just fine. Overall, great budget friendly place to stay.
